بررسي استقرار فناوري‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات آموزشي در مركز آموزش پشتيباني شهيد اماني

The feasibility of deploying new educational technologies, with an emphasis on information and communication technology (ICT) in Shahid Amani NEZAJA Logistics Training Center

هدف از اين پژوهش امكان سنجي استقرار فناوري هاي نوين آموزشي با تاكيد بر فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات(ICT) در مركز آموزش پشتيباني شهيد اماني نيروي زميني ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي‌باشد. روش تحقيق توصيفي - پيمايشي و از نوع زمينه‌يابي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش از دو گروه شامل مسئولين و كاركنان دانشكده‌ها و همچنين دانشجويان دوره‌هاي (عالي- مقدماتي- تخصصي ثانويه) در رسته‌هاي مختلف مي‌باشند، با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه پژوهش به تعداد 300 نفر برآورد گرديد. و روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شد. براي گردآوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با طيف پاسخگويي ليكرت مركب از چهار مولفه شرايط و امكانات زيرساختي، نيروي انساني متخصص، منابع مالي و پشتيباني و اقدامات فرهنگ‌سازي استفاده شده است. ضريب پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش آلفايكرانباخ 0/920 بدست آمده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون خي دو (χ2) بهره‌گيري شده است.نتايج اين تحقيق در پرتو تجزيه و تحليل نهايي نشان مي‌دهد كه امكان استقرار فناوري نوين آموزشي با تاكيد بر فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات از لحاظ شرايط و امكانات زيرساختي و نيروي انساني متخصص و اقدامات فرهنگ‌سازي در مركز آموزش پشتيباني شهيد اماني نيروي زميني ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران امكان‌پذير مي‌باشد و از لحاظ منابع مالي و پشتيباني در حد متوسط مي‌باشد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of deployment of new technologies with an emphasis on information and communication technology (ICT) in Shahid Amini Logistics Training Center affiliated to the Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is descriptive- survey of background finding type. The population consists of two groups of 300 officials and staff of faculties as well as 1065 students of different military courses. Using a Cochran formula, sample size was estimated to be 300 people and simple random sampling method was selected. For data collection, a researcher made questionnaire has been employed with Likert response spectrum composed of four components of infrastructure circumstances and facilities, expert human resources, funding and support, and culture-building measures. Using Cronbach alpha method, the questionnaire reliability coefficient was estimated to be 0.920. To analyze the data, chi-square test (χ2) was used. The results of this study show the possibility of the deployment of new educational technologies, with an emphasis on information and communication technology and infrastructure facilities and expert labor force and culture-building actions in Shahid Amini Logistics Training Centre of the Ground Forces Islamic Republic of Iran is possible and in terms of funding and support is average.
