مدل ساختاري روابط عوامل رواني اجتماعي در آمادگي اعتياد نوجوانان با نقش واسطه اي هم وابستگي

Structural equation modeling of the mediating role of codependency in the relationship between psychosocial factors and addiction potential of adolescents.

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبيين مدل ساختاري با توجه به نقش واسطه اي هم وابستگي در رابطه عوامل رواني و اجتماعي با آمادگي اعتياد نوجوانان بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش دانش آموزان دختر و پسر شاغل به تحصيل در سال 95-94 در منطقه 16 آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران بودند كه در دوره دوم متوسطه مدارس دولتي تحصيل مي كردند. نمونه تحقيق 400 دانش آموز بودند كه با روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شدند و به پرسش نامه هاي آمادگي اعتياد، هم وابستگي استونبرينك، سلامت اجتماعي كييز، و عوامل رواني (عوامل خطرساز و محافظت كننده مصرف مواد) پاسخ دادند. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد شاخص هاي برازش مدل پس از اصلاح و حذف روابط غير معنادار و ايجاد كواريانس ميان برخي زيرمقياس هاي متغيرهاي عوامل اجتماعي، هم وابستگي و آمادگي اعتياد از وضعيت مطلوبي برخوردار است. نتيجه گيري: به نظر مي رسد هم وابستگي به عنوان يك رفتار اكتسابي شامل غفلت از خود و كاهش هويت فردي، تحت تأثير عوامل روان شناختي و نيز عوامل اجتماعي شكل مي گيرد و رابطه اين عوامل رواني اجتماعي را با آمادگي براي مصرف مواد مخدر واسطه گري مي كند.

Summary Aim: The aim of current study was to explain the structural equation modeling of the mediating role of codependency on the relation between psychosocial factors and addiction potential of adolescents. Method: The method used in the study is descriptive approach by structural equation modeling. The statistic population defined as all the female and male students of the state schools of the region 16 of education of Tehran studying in second period of high school in educational year of 1394-95. The sample group of 400 students was selected using the multistage cluster sampling method. Addiction potential questionnaire, questionnaire of codependency inventory (CODI) (Stonebrink, 1988), social health questionnaire (Keyse,2004) and mental factors questionnaire (addiction risk and protective factors) were used as study tools. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis method. Results: The results indicated the goodness of the structural equation modeling fit indexes. This was after elimination of insignificant relations and making covariant some sub-standards of the variables of social factors, codependency and addiction potential. Conclusion: It could be concluded that the codependency as an acquired behavior including self-negligence and losing individual identity is formed under the effects of psychologic factors as well as social factors and mediates the relation between psychosocial factors and addiction potential.
