بررسي نيازهاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي- فرهنگي و رواني معلولان (مطالعه موردي: معلولان تحت سرپرستي بهزيستي بندرعباس)

The study of economic, sociocultural and psychological needs of the disabled people

معلوليت پديده­اي زيستي - اجتماعي است كه همه كشورها صرف نظر از ميزان توسعه­ يافتگي با آن مواجه هستند. توسعه­ ي هر كشور، در گرو استفاده­ ي حداكثر از نيروي انساني و قابليت­ هاي آنهاست. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي نيازهاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي- فرهنگي و رواني افراد معلولي است كه تحت سرپرستي بهزيستي بندرعباس در سال (94 – 1393) مي­باشد. اين مطالعه به صورت كيفي است و در آن از دو نمونه ­گيري هدفمند و نظري استفاده شده ­است. در اين پژوهش با 20 معلول جسمي حركتي و ضايعه­ ي نخاعي مصاحبه گرديد. اطلاعات به دست آمده ابتدا از عبارت به مفهوم مبدل، سپس در قالب ابعاد دسته­ بندي شد. يافته ­ها نشان داد كه نيازهاي معلولين را مي ­توان در سه بعد اقتصادي، اجتماعي - فرهنگي و رواني دسته ­بندي كرد. معلولين نياز به مناسب سازي فضاي شهري، حمل و نقل و فرهنگ سازي را در درجه ­ي اول اهميت قرار مي ­دهند و پس از آن به نيازهاي ديگر از جمله اشتغال، مسكن، كمك هزينه و عدم ترحم اشاره مي ­كنند. آنها همچنين به ترتيب به ساير نيازها چنين اشاره كرده ­اند؛ نياز به تجهيزات و امنيت، آموزش معلولين و خانواده­ هاي آنها، ازدواج و محبت، اعتماد به نفس، بيمه و حضور كاركنان مناسب در بهزيستي و ديگر سازمان­هاي مرتبط با معلولين.

The disabled people under supervision of The State Welfare Organization (SWO) in Bandar Abbas Disability is a biosocial phenomenon that all countries regardless of their level of development should deal with. Development of the country depends on the effective utilization of human resources and its capabilities. The present study intends to study the economic, sociocultural and psychological needs of the disabled persons who are under the supervision of the state welfare organization of Bandar Abbas in 1393-94. This research is qualitative. The sampling method was purposive sampling and theoretical persuasion, 20 Persons with physical disability or spinal cord injury were chosen for sampling and the data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The data obtained from interviews, firstly transformed from expression to concept and then classified in terms of dimensions. The results showed that needs of the disabled could be classified into three categories of economic, sociocultural, and psychological dimensions. Disabled people stated the needs for suitable urban space and transportation and acculturation of the primary importance. They also referred to the need for employment, habitation, subsidy, and lack of sympathy of the secondary importance. In addition, they mentioned the need for facilities, safety, training of disabled people and their families, confidence, marriage, insurance, kindness and appropriate staffs in the welfare and other organizations related to it.
