چكيده فارسي :
ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، 36 رت ﻧﺮ وﯾﺴﺘﺎر دو ﻣﺎﻫﻪ )200±8 ﮔﺮم( ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل )12 رت(، ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم )12 رت(، ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ )ﺷﺶ رت( و ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم ـ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ )ﺷﺶ رت( ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﻧﺎﻧﻮذرة ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم )mg/kg/day 0/1( ﻃﯽ 14 روز ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ زﯾﺮﺻﻔﺎﻗﯽ در ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي دو و ﭼﻬﺎر ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺳﭙﺲ از ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﯾﮏ و دو، ﺷﺶ رت اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺑﺮداري ﻗﻠﺒﯽ درﺣﺎﻟﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺣﺖ( اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﻋﻼوهﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﮥ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ واﻣﺎﻧﺪهﺳﺎز ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﺳﻪ و ﭼﻬﺎر ﺑﻪﻣﺪت دو ﻣﺎه اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﭘﺲ از دو ﻣﺎه، از ﺗﻤﺎم ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎ )ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﺳﻪ و ﭼﻬﺎر ﺑﻼﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﭘﺲ از آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﻠﺴﮥ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ؛ ﮔﺮوه ﯾﮏ و دو درﺣﺎﻟﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺣﺖ( ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺑﺮداري دوم ﺑﺎﻓﺘﯽ ﺑﻪﻋﻤﻞ آﻣﺪ. از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار اس.ﭘﯽ.اس.اس 21 و ﺳﻄﺢ آﻟﻔﺎي ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ )P<0.05( ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﺎﻟﻮنديآﻟﺪﺋﯿﺪ، ﮔﻠﻮﺗﺎﺗﯿﻮنﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز ، ﺳﻮﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪدﯾﺴﻤﻮﺗﺎز و ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﮐﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺸﺖ. آزﻣﻮن اول از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺣﻠﮥ اول، ﻧﺸﺎندﻫﻨﺪة اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﮔﺮوه دو ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﯾﮏ در ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﮐﻞ و ﮔﻠﻮﺗﺎﺗﯿﻮنﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ؛ اﻣﺎ در ﻣﺎﻟﻮنديآﻟﺪﺋﯿﺪ و ﺳﻮﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪدﯾﺴﻤﻮﺗﺎز ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﻤﯽﺷﻮد. آزﻣﻮن دوم از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺣﻠﮥ دوم ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار در ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﮐﻞ در ﮔﺮوه دو ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﯾﮏ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ؛ اﻣﺎ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در دﯾﮕﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﻤﯽﺷﻮد. ﻋﻼوهﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، در آزﻣﻮن ﺳﻮم از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺣﻠﮥ دوم، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﻣﺎﻟﻮنديآﻟﺪﺋﯿﺪ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﮐﻞ و ﮔﻠﻮﺗﺎﺗﯿﻮنﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز در ﮔﺮوه ﭼﻬﺎرم ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺳﻮم ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد؛ اﻣﺎ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﺳﻮﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪدﯾﺴﻤﻮﺗﺎز ﺑﻪ ﭼﺸﻢ ﻧﻤﯽﺧﻮرد؛ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﺑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﮐﻮﺗﺎهﻣﺪت ﻧﺎﻧﻮذرة ﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم از ﻣﯿﺰان اﺳﺘﺮس اﮐﺴﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ واﻣﺎﻧﺪهﺳﺎز، ﮐﺎﺳﺘﻪ و ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﺘﯽ ﺑﺪن را ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﻧﻤﻮده اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Abstract
Thirty-six male wistar rats aged two months (200±8 g), were randomly divided into four groups: 1- control (12 rats), 2- Nano selenium (12 rats), 3- training (six rats) and 4- Nano selenium+ training (six rats). Then, they were supplemented with Nano selenium for 14 days (0.1 mg/kg/day) by Intraperitoneal injection. Six samples of heart tissue from groups of one and two during their resting time were collected. After two months training for groups three and four, second tissue samples were collected from all groups (in the two training groups immediately after last training session and in the other two groups during their resting time). Independent T test (P˂0.05) with SPSS21 software were used, in order to find differences in GPX, SOD, MDA and TAC between groups. First T test from first samples showed significant increase in GPX and TAC in the group two without no difference in MDA and SOD compared to the group one. Another T test between groups of one and two from second sampling indicated that, there is a significant increase in TAC in the group two compared to group one, but there were not any significant differences in other indices. The last T test from second sampling groups of three and four showed, there was a significant decrease in MDA and significant increase in GPX and TAC in group four compared to the group three, but There was not any significant difference in SOD between groups. Then short time supplementation of Nano selenium reduced the oxidative stress produced by exhausted exercise and consequently antioxidant system was amplified.
