دﯾﺎﺑﺖ ﻗﻨﺪي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﺜﻠﯽ ﻣﺮدان را در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﭙﺮﻣﺎﺗﻮژﻧﺰ ﺗﺤﺖﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ. دراﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻫﻮازي ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﺑﺎروري در ﻣﻮشﻫﺎي ﻧﺮ دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، 30 ﺳﺮ ﻣﻮش ﻧﺮ ﻧﮋاد وﯾﺴﺘﺎر )ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﻨﯽ دو ﺗﺎ ﺳﻪ ﻣﺎه؛ وزن 250ـ200ﮔﺮم( ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺳﺎﻟﻢ، ﮐﻨﺘﺮل دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽ و دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ )ﻫﺮ ﮔﺮوه 10 ﺳﺮ(. ﺟﻬﺖ دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽﮐﺮدن ﻣﻮشﻫﺎ از ﯾﮏ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ درون ﺻﻔﺎﻗﯽ 55 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم/ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم اﺳﺘﺮﭘﺘﻮزوﺗﻮﺳﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﯾﮏ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ اﺳﺘﺮﭘﺘﻮزوﺗﻮﺳﯿﻦ، ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﮥﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦاﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ اﺟﺮا ﮔﺷﺖ)ﭘﻨﺞ ﻧﻮﺑﺖ در ﻫﻔﺘﻪ دوﯾﺪن روي ﺗﺮدﻣﯿﻞ؛ ﻫﺮ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ 20 ﺗﺎ ﺷﺶ دﻗﯿﻘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ 27 ﻣﺘﺮ در دﻗﯿﻘﻪ(. 48 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﭘﺲ از آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﻠﺴﮥ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ، ﺣﯿﻮاﻧﺎت ﺗﺸﺮﯾﺢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و اﭘﯿﺪﯾﻢ ﭼﭗ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﭙﺮم و ﺳﺮم ﺧﻮن ﻣﻮشﻫﺎ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮنﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﯾﮏ ﻃﺮﻓﻪ و آزﻣﻮن ﺗﻌﻘﯿﺒﯽ ﺗﻮﮐﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري (0/05) ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺎم ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯽ )ﺗﻌﺪاد، ﺗﺤﺮكﭘﺬﯾﺮي، ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژي و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﺣﯿﺎت( ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﻣﻮشﻫﺎي دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺳﺎﻟﻢ، ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ (P<0.05). اﻟﺒﺘﻪ، ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺎم ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯽ در ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽ درﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ)P<0.05(. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ )ﺗﺴﺘﻮﺳﺘﺮون، ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﻟﻮﺗﺌﯿﻨﻪﮐﻨﻨﺪه و ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﻣﺤﺮك ﻓﻮﻟﯿﮑﻮﻟﯽ( در ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل دﯾﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ(P<0.05). ﺑﻪﻃﻮرﮐﻠﯽ در ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ، ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ورزﺷﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ اﺛﺮات ﻣﺨﺮب دﯾﺎﺑﺖ ﻗﻨﺪي ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯽ و ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ را ﺗﻘﻠﯿﻞ دﻫﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Diabetes mellitus affect male reproductive function at multiple levels including control of spermatogenesis. The aim of this research was assessing the effect of aerobic training on reproductive parameters in diabetic male rats. Thirty male Wistar rats (age: 2-3 mount, weight: 200-250 gr) randomly divided in to three groups: healthy control, diabetic control and diabetic trained (n=10 each). A single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin at a dose of 55 mg/kg was used for induction of diabetes. One week after streptozotocin injection, the endurance training protocol was performed for eight weeks (five bouts per week of treadmill running each 20-60min with 27 m/min) and forty-eight hours after the last training session, left epididymis of the rats was examined for studying sperm parameters and blood serum samples were examined for evaluating reproductive hormones. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and turkey’s post hoc test at 0.05%. All of the sperm parameters (count, motility, morphology and viability) significantly were lower in diabetic rat when compared with healthy control group (P<0.05), but, the data showed a significant elevation in all of the sperm parameters in diabetic + training when compared with diabetic control group (P<0.05). Also, the data showed a significant high in sex hormones (testosterone, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone) in diabetic + training when compared with diabetic control group (P<0.05). Exercise training can attenuate detrimental effects of diabetes mellitus on the sperm parameters and sex hormones in an experimental model.
