چكيده فارسي :
در عصر اطلاعات و ارتباطات، رشد روزافزون و نمايي توليد و تبادل داده‌هاي متنوع از منابع مختلف، مفهوم كلانداده را بوجود آورده است. در كشورهاي صنعتي، سرمايه‌گذاري وسيعي در مورد بهره‌گيري از فرصت‌ها و برطرف نمودن چالش‌هاي فني و مديريتي اين فناوري نوظهور در حال انجام است. كلانداده علاوه بر كاربردهاي تجاري، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و علمي در تأمين امنيت ملي و كاربردهاي نظامي نيز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در مديريت عمليات نظامي، استفاده بلادرنگ و مؤثر از داده‌هاي بيشتر و افزايش سرعت انتقال و پردازش داده‌ها، از حساسيت و جايگاه حياتي برخوردار است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله، بررسي كاربردهاي نظامي فناوري كلانداده و نقش آن در مديريت صحنه نبرد است. براي اين منظور ابتدا به معرفي ويژگي‌ها، كاركردها و ابزارهاي مورد استفاده در كلانداده پرداخته شده و در ادامه با اشاره به كاربردهاي اخير اين فناوري در سازمان‌هاي دفاعي و امنيتي، با ارائه دو مدل مفهومي، نقش اين فناوري در مديريت صحنه نبرد مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشانگر آن است كه بكارگيري فناوري كلانداده موجب بهينه‌سازي كارايي تجهيزات، تصميم‌گيري به موقع، هدايت نيروها و افزايش توان عملياتي شده و براي كسب برتري نظامي در جنگهاي آينده امري ضروري است. توجه به آگاه‌سازي، برنامه‌ريزي و شناسايي توانمندي‌هاي داخلي، حمايت از شركت‌هاي دانش‌بنيان و لزوم بومي‌سازي زيرساخت‌هاي ارتباطي و مراكز داده به منظور تبيين تعامل اين فناوري با كاربردهاي نظامي، از جمله راهكارهاي پيشنهاد شده در اين مقاله است.

In the age of information and communication, exponentially growing and diversified production and exchange of data from various sources, has created the concept of Big Data. In industrialized countries, the investment range about taking advantage of opportunities and resolve technical and management challenges this emerging technology is in progress. Big Data in addition to commercial, social, economic, scientific applications, is also taken into consideration in military applications and national security. In military operations management, real-time and effective use of data and speed up the transfer and processing of data, is sensitive and crucial position. The main objective of this paper is to investigate military applications of technology and its role in the management of Big Data battlefield. For this purpose, introduces the features, applications and tools used in Big Data is necessary. Referring to recent applications of this technology in defense and security organizations, by providing conceptual models, the role of technology in the management of battlefield is studied. The results of this study indicate that the use of Big Data technologies to optimize equipment performance, timely decision making, power steering, and increased throughput and is essential for military superiority in future wars. According to the notification, planning and identification of internal capabilities, support for knowledge-based companies and the need to localize communications infrastructure and data centers to explain the interaction of technology with military applications, including solutions proposed in this paper.
