چكيده فارسي :
برقراري امنيت و حفظ كشور در برابر هجوم و هيمه‌ي دشمنان يكي از دغدغه‌هاي اساسي دولتها و دولت‌مردان است. در رويكرد يا برداشت مدرن از مفهوم دفاع ملي، تهديدات خارجي سرشتي صرفاً نظامي نداشته و مي‌تواند شامل جنگ سياسي، جنگ اقتصادي، جنگ فرهنگي و جنگ اطلاعاتي به مفهوم گسترده آن نيز بشود و علاوه بر اين، همه اين سطوح و انواع گوناگون جنگ‌ها مي‌توانند از ابعاد سخت‌افزارانه و نرم‌افزارانه، به‌گونه‌اي توأمان برخوردار باشند، بالطبع در چنين شرايطي و براي دستيابي به اهداف منطبق با منافع ملي كشور، اقتدار اطلاعاتي - امنيتي امري اجتناب‌ناپذير خواهد بود. بنابراين دغدغه اصلي اين پژوهش شناخت نقش اقتدار اطلاعاتي در دفاع همه‌جانبه بوده كه به روش توصيفي – تحليلي موردپژوهش قرارگرفته است. نوع تحقيق توسعه‌اي- كاربردي، روش جمع‌آوري داده‌ها اسنادي- كتابخانه‌اي با ابزار فيش‌برداري و روش تجزيه‌وتحليل به‌صورت كيفي و مباحثه‌اي با تعداد 15 نفر از نخبگان اطلاعاتي و امنيتي است. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه با توجه به گستردگي مؤلفه‌هاي دفاع همه‌جانبه در حوزه‌هاي فرهنگي، سياسي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و نظامي، نگاه اطلاعاتي نيز با رويكرد ايجاد اقتدار اطلاعاتي كشوري به مضامين تهديدشناسي و دشمن‌ستيزي منطبق با ويژگي‌هاي بررسي‌شده در اين مقاله، همواره در نظام تصميم‌گيري كشوري با امكان پيوند بخشي روش‌مند في‌مابين حوزه‌هاي دفاعي، امنيتي و اطلاعاتي نقش بسزايي خواهد داشت.

Security and protecting the country against invasion enemies is one of the basic concerns of states and governments. With the possibility of links between national decision-making system methodological areas of defense, security and intelligence services will have a significant role.
