بهره‌ گيري از آموزش‌هاي خلباني بازرگاني در سامانه‌ي آموزشي هوانيروز به منظور بالا بردن توانمندي خلبانان هوانيروز

Use of commercial pilot training at Air Force training system to raise the capabilities of IRIAA

با توجه به تجهيزات محور بودن هوانيروز، وجود نيروي انساني متخصص و كارآمد كه از دانش بروز بهره مند باشد از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است. ازجمله دانشي كه كاركنان هوانيروز نياز به آن دارند، آموزش هاي «گواهينامه خلباني بازرگاني» است كه متولي آن، سازمان ايكائو هست ولي تاكنون از نشريات اين سازمان در برنامه هاي آموزشي هوانيروز به طور مدون بهره گيري نشده است. ازآنجاكه يافتن چگونگي ارتقاء توانمندي خلبانان با بهره گيري از آموزش هاي «گواهينامه ي خلباني بازرگاني» شامل؛ «قوانين هوا»، «مكالمات راديويي» و «قوانين فرودگاه ها» مدنظر بوده است، متغير تابع يعني «توانمندي خلبانان هوانيروز» دست كاري نگرديده و اطلاعات به دست آمده از اسناد و مدارك، مصاحبه با صاحب نظران و پرسش نامه، جمع آوري و با روش توصيفي - آميخته بررسي گرديد و درنتيجه تاثير متغير مستقل در افزايش توانمندي خلبانان هوانيروز به ميزان زياد و خيلي زياد مورد تاييد قرار گرفت؛ جامعه ي آماري در اين نوشتار شامل كليه ي خلبانان هوانيروز بود كه آمار اين جامعه از مراجع ذي صلاح كسب گرديد و براي رعايت طبقه بندي، اين عدد را ضرب در ضريبي نموده و عدد 172 به دست آمد. محقق از يافته هاي تحقيق به اين نتيجه دست يافت كه؛ چنانچه معاونت آموزش هوانيروز، برنامه ريزي هاي لازم را براي برقراري ارتباط با «سازمان هواپيمايي كشوري» انجام دهد تا آموزش هاي گواهينامه ي خلباني بازرگاني (قانون هوا، مكالمات راديويي و فرودگاه ها) در مركز آموزش هوانيروز در قالب يك دوره عرضي تشكيل شود، توانمندي خلبانان هوانيروز افزايش پيدا خواهد كرد.

Since the Aviation is based on facility, getting benefit of skilled and efficient personnel which are updated with the latest science is quite important. One of those since which the aviators need to know about, is the material linked with "Commercial Pilot License" which goes under supervision of "ICAO1” and it is to be said; so far there is no application over directly utilizing of ICAO publications in the training syllabus of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Aviation (IRIAA). As it was considered, how to enhance the capabilities of pilots using "Commercial Pilot License" training including "Rules of Air", "Radiotelephony" and "Aerodromes", the dependent-variable was kept with no changes and the information obtained from documents, interviews with experts and questionnaires was collected and analyzed by descriptive-mixed method. As a result, the independent variable's impact on increasing the ability of pilots was confirmed to be high. The statistical community in this paper included all of IRIAA pilots, whose statistics were obtained from competent authorities, and, for security classification purposes, it was multiplied by a number and the result was 172. The researcher concluded from the research findings that if the deputy director of education of IRIAA provid the necessary planning to establish a relationship with the "Civil Aviation Organization" in order to conduct commercial pilot license training (air law, radio conversations, and airports) at IRIAA training center as a Supplementary course, the ability of airborne pilot pilots will increase.
