الگوي سامانه پشتيباني الكترونيك نزاجا در افق 1404 هجري شمسي

The model of the electronic support system of The Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Forces (NEZAJA) in the 2025 horizon

در نوشتارهاي نظامي به واژه «جنگ الكترونيك» بسيار برخورد مي‌شود و كشورهاي مختلف با تكيه‌بر ميزان علم و دانش خود و از طرف ديگر با توجه به تهديدات موجود، الگوهاي مناسبي را براي جنگ الكترونيك طراحي مي‌نمايند. تحقيق حاضر به بررسي و ارائه الگوي سامانه پشتيباني الكترونيكنزاجا در افق 1404 شمسي پرداخته است. جامعه موردمطالعه، سامانه جنگ الكترونيك نزاجا بوده كه به‌منظور جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، از طريق مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران و مطالعه منابع، مطالعه و بررسي وضع موجود و تحليل فاصله وضع موجود تا وضع مطلوب، مطالبات عملياتي واقعي، در چشم‌انداز 1404 تعيين گرديده، سپس داده‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده از اسناد و مدارك و مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران، با روش توصيفي (موردي) و رويكرد تحليل كيفي، مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفته‌اند. نتايج حاصله نشان مي‌دهد كه كشورهاي مختلف با تكيه بر ميزان علم و دانش خود و با توجه به تهديدات موجود، الگوهاي مناسب و خاص خود را با تأكيد بر طراحي سامانه‌هاي متعدد و متحرك، خود كافي و پيش‌بيني ساختارهاي ستادي در سطوح مختلف، براي جنگ الكترونيك، طراحي مي‌نمايند. از طرف ديگر گستردگي دامنه جنگ الكترونيك در حال حاضر، افزايش قطعي كاربرد آن در آينده را به همراه داشته و استفاده ساير كشورها از سامانه‌هاي پيشرفته ارتباطي و غير ارتباطي بيانگر آن است كه سامانه فعلي جنگ الكترونيك نزاجا جهت پاسخگويي به مطالبات عملياتي و آموزشي حال و آينده نيازمند ارتقاء مي‌باشند.

In the military literature, the word "electronic warfare" is very much seen and different countries, based on their knowledge, and considering the threats, design the proper models for electronic warfare. The present study aims to review and present the model of electronic support system in the 2025 horizon. The statistical population of the study was NEZAJA Electronic Warfare System. In order to collect data, by interviewing experts and studying resources, reviewing the current situation and analyzing the gap between the current and the desired situation, actual operational demands were determined in the 2025 perspective. Then, data obtained from documents and interviews with experts were analyzed by descriptive (case) and qualitative analysis approach. The results showed that various countries, drawing on their knowledge and with regard to the threats, design their own appropriate models with emphasis on the design of multiple and mobile systems and the prediction of headquarters structures at different levels for electronic warfare. Today, the widespread use of electronic warfare will definitely increase its use in the future. The use by other countries of advanced communication and non-communication systems suggests that the current system of electronic warfare to meet the current and future operational and educational demands needs to be promoted.
