بررسي وضعيت فعاليت هاي آموزشي و پرورشي فرماندهي آموزش هاي هوايي شهيد خضرايي و تأثير آن بر بهره وري آموزشي

Investigating the situation of educational and developmental activities of Shaheed Khazraei air training center and its effect on training productivity

اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي وضعيت فعاليت هاي آموزشي و پرورشي مركز آموزش هاي هوايي شهيد خضرايي و تأثير آن بر بهره وري آموزشي اين مركز صورت پذيرفته است. اين تحقيق بر مبناي دستاوردهاي تحقيق از نوع توسعه اي كاربردي بوده و بر مبناي اهداف تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- موردي مي باشد كه با روش پيمايشي داده هاي لازم جمع آوري و با روش همبستگي تحليل گرديدند. جامعه آماري تحقيق جمعي از خبرگان آموزشي نهاجا مي باشند كه با روش نمونه گيري غير احتمالي هدفمند (قضاوتي) تعداد 50 نفر انتخاب گرديدند. داده هاي لازم با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جمع آوري گرديده و با استفاده از آزمون هاي آمار استنباطي (تحليل واريانس، ضريب همبستگي، رگرسيون چندگانه) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند؛ نتايج تحقيق حاكي از ان است كه فعاليت هاي شبانه روزي آموزشي (آموزش رزم مقدماتي، آموزشي دروس زبان و دروس عمومي و تخصصي) و نيز فعاليت هاي شبانه روزي پرورشي (فعاليتهاي فرهنگي و ورزشي) بر بهره وري آموزشي تاثير دارد. همچنين فعاليت هاي شبانه روزي آموزشي و فعاليت هاي شبانه روزي پرورشي اثر متقابلي بر روي همديگر دارند.

Nowadays Training and organizational investment on training is one of the most important programs and a major part of human resource management. Especially in defense sector and military organizations formal training courses are so important. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the status of educational activities of Shaheed Khezraie Air Training Center and its effect on educational efficiency of this center. This research based on research achievements is an applied developmental type and based on research objectives is a descriptive-case study. Data were gathered by survey method and analyzed by correlation method. The statistical population of the research is a collection of top-notch educational experts that using non-probabilistic sampling method (judgment), 50 people were selected. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by inferential statistics (variance analysis, correlation coefficient, multiple regression); the results of the research indicate that educational boarding activities (elementary combat training, language lessons and general and specialized courses), as well as cultural boarding activities affect educational efficiency. Also, educational boarding activities and cultural boarding activities have a mutually reinforcing effect.
