چكيده فارسي :
سرعت، شدت عمل، تحرك، صرفه‌جويي، پراكندگي، امنيت، دقت و انعطاف‌پذيري از مهم‌ترين ويژگي جنگ‌هاي آينده مي‌باشد. با توجه به تحريم كشورمان در زمينه تجهيزات نظامي داشتن يك سيستم بازسازي و بهينه‌سازي چابك كه بتواند به سرعت پاسخگوي نيازهاي يگان‌ها باشد ضروري مي‌باشد. در اين تحقيق پس از مطالعه ادبيات پژوهش مهم‌ترين عوامل تأثيرگذار بر چابكي شناسايي و در چهار بعد؛ چابكي در بعد مديريت، سازمان، نيروي كار و توليد و ساخت قطعات تقسيم‌بندي گرديد. در گام اول با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و كارشناسان حوزه بازسازي و بهينه‌سازي در مركز توليد، بهينه‌سازي و نوسازي، تعداد 16 عامل به‌عنوان عوامل كليدي در صنعت بازسازي و بهينه‌سازي نزاجا تبيين گرديد. درگام دوم از روش ديمتل به‌منظور تجزيه و تحليل و رتبه‌بندي عوامل، علي و معلولي استفاده شد. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل علي و معلولي ديمتل نشان مي‌دهد كه واگذاري بودجه و اعتبارات، مديريت فناوري اطلاعات، پشتيباني مديران ارشد، تصميم‌گيري به‌صورت تيمي و گروهي، اهداف مديريتي شفاف، به‌روزرساني ماشين‌آلات، تمركز و توجه به مشتري (استفاده‌كنندگان از وسايل اورهال شده)، برنامه‌ريزي توليد و ساخت استراتژيك و زنجيره تأمين، كليدي‌ترين عوامل در اتخاذ چابكي با توجه به تغيير ماهيت جنگ‌هاي آينده در صنعت بازسازي و بهينه‌سازي نزاجا مي‌باشند.

Speed, agility, mobility, saving, dispersion, security, accuracy and flexibility are one of the most important features of future wars. Given the sanctions imposed on our country in the field of military equipment, it is essential to have an agile regeneration and optimization system that can quickly meet the needs of the units. Therefore, after studying the literature, the most important factors influencing agility were identified in four dimensions: agility in management, organization, human resource and component production. In the first step, using experts' opinion, optimization and upgrading of 16 factors were identified as key factors in the industry of reconstruction and optimization of NEZAJA. In the second step, DEMATEL method was used to analyze and rank the causal and impacted factors. The results indicated that the allocation of funds and credits, IT management, the support of senior managers, group decision making, transparent management objectives, machine updates, customer orientation, strategic planning and production, and supply chain are the key factors in adopting agility, given the changing nature of future wars in the rehabilitation and optimization industry of NEZAJA.
