چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسايي عوامل حمايت‌كننده توليد داخلي كه در تحقق سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي از منظر مقام معظم رهبري مؤثر مي‌باشند مبتني بر روش كيفي و با رويكرد تئوري داده‌بنياد انجام‌شده است. در اين راستا به‌منظور گردآوري داده‌هاي مورد نياز براي احصاء مفاهيم، مؤلفه‌ها و تبيين مؤلفه‌هاي توليد ملي در انديشه‌هاي مقام معظم رهبري، از بيانات حضرت آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي طي سال‌هاي 1389 تا 1396 بهره گرفته شده است و تمامي بيانات بدون نمونه‌گيري در نظر گرفته شد. در ادامه با استفاده از روش داده‌بنياد و بر مبناي كدگذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي، ضمن شناسايي مفاهيم، مقوله‌ها و ابعاد توليد داخلي از نگاه مقام معظم رهبري، به ارائه مدل مفهومي در اين حوزه پرداخته شده است. در شاخصههاي توليد ملي از منظر فرماندهي معظم كل قوا 39 شاخصه كليدي احصا گشت كه با استفاده از كدگذاري باز و محوري به 9 بخش ارج نهادن توليدات داخلي، فرهنگ استفاده از توليد داخلي، توجه ويژه به بنگاههاي توليدي، تسهيل توليد ملي، ايجاد امنيت در توليد، افزايش بازدهي و رقابتي كردن توليد، بالا بردن كيفيت نيروي كار، توجه به كيفيت در توليد و حمايت‌هاي دولتي از توليد تقسيم گشتند. درنهايت چهار بُعد نقش مردمي، بنگاه هاي اقتصادي، دستگاه‌هاي اجرايي و دستگاه‌هاي نظارتي به‌عنوان عوامل اصلي در حمايت از توليد داخلي جهت تحقق سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي از منظر مقام معظم رهبري شناسايي شدند.
چكيده لاتين :
The present research is aimed at identifying the factors supporting domestic production that are effective in implementing the policies of resistance economy from the perspective of the Supreme Leader, based on a qualitative method and with the approach of data base theory. To explain the concepts and components of national production in the words of the supreme leader, the statistical population including the statements of Ayatollah Khamenei during 2010-2017 has been studied and all the statements were examined without sampling. In the following, using the data base method and based on open, axial and selective coding, the conceptual model has been presented in this area by identifying the concepts, categories and dimensions of domestic production from the viewpoint of the Supreme Leader. In terms of national production from the viewpoint of the supreme leader, 39 key indicators were recognized which were divided into 9 sections using selective coding, including valuing domestic productions, culture of using domestic products, special attention to manufacturing enterprises, ease of national production, security in production, increasing productivity and completive production, improving the quality of workforce, paying attention to quality in production, and government supports of production. Finally, the 4 dimensions of people’s role, economic enterprises, executive agencies and supervisory departments were selected as the main factors in supporting the domestic production to realize the policies of resistance economy from the viewpoint of the supreme leader.
