تدوين الگوي امنيت در توسعه اكوتوريسم

Presenting a security model in ecotourism development

در جهان پرتلاطم كنوني امنيت به‌عنوان مهم­ترين فاكتور در تدوين استراتژي­ هاي توسعه اكوتوريسم در جهان به شمار آمده و با مقوله گردشگري رابطه مستقيم دارد. صنعت پر سود گردشگري در سطوح مختلف ملي و منطقه ­اي ارتباط مستقيم با امنيت داشته و هرگونه خدشه در سطوح مختلف باعث خسارت جبران­ناپذير به اين صنعت مي­شود. به‌رغم بحث‌ها و گفتگوهاي فراواني كه در زمينه امنيت در حوزه گردشگري صورت گرفته است، اما هنوز مفهوم و مصاديق آن در قالب يك الگوي علمي و مدون ارائه نشده است. اين پژوهش به‌منظور پر كردن اين خلأ علمي در كشور به تدوين و آزمون الگوي امنيت در توسعه اكوتوريسم پرداخته است .روش پژوهش توصيفي و تحليلي با كمك تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از نوع مطالعه موردي است. مشاركت‌كنندگان اين پژوهش، صاحب‌نظران در حوزه امنيت و گردشگري بوده‌اند كه با روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند تعداد 10 نفر از هر گروه انتخاب شدند. در اين پژوهش، از دو ابزار مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته و بررسي اسناد براي گردآوري داده‌ها استفاده شده است. براي تحليل داده‌ها از تحليل مضمون در سه سطح مضامين پايه، سازمان­دهنده و فراگير استفاده‌شده است. با استفاده از روش همسوسازي، اعتبارپذيري داده‌ها مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه اين الگو داراي 5 مضمون فراگير (امنيت اقتصادي، امنيت فرهنگي، امنيت اجتماعي، امنيت سياسي، امنيت زيست‌محيطي)، 12 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 200 مضمون پايه است. روابط ميان اين مضمون‌ها نيز در قالب يك الگو ارائه‌شده‌ است.

In the current turbulent word, security is considered as the most important factor in developing strategies for Ecotourism in the world and has a direct relationship with tourism. Lucrative tourism industry has a direct relationship with security at various national and regional levels and any flaw at various levels causes irreparable damages to this industry. Despite numerous discussions that have taken place in the field of security in the domain of tourism, its concept and examples have not yet been presented in the form of a scientific and compiled pattern. This study had been done to develop a qualitative security pattern in sustainable tourism development. The method of study is sequential-exploratory. Potential participants of this study were experts and specialists in the field of security and tourism that 10 experts of this domain were selected as participants by judgment sampling method; semi-structured interview were utilized. In order to analyze the qualitative data, content analysis method in three levels of basic, organizer and learner’s contents was used. Data validation was confirmed using data matching method. The results showed that this pattern has five learner’s contents (social security, economic security, political security, environmental security and cultural security), 12 organizer contents and 200 basic contents. The relationships between these contents are presented in the form of a pattern too.
