The Case Study of Children’s Trampled Rights in Iran

هدف از اين مقاله گونه شناسي نقض حقوق كودكان ايران است كه شامل جرائم عليه كودكان و مواردي است كه درقوانين داخلي به عنوان جرم شناخته نشده اما مصداق پايمال سازي حقوق كودكان به شمار مي آيد. براي اثبات وجود آن بخش از گونه هايي كه شامل جرائم عليه كودكان است، مروري بر دو روزنامه كثيرالانتشار در دوره يك ساله اخير شده و فهرستي از اقدامات عليه كودكان استخراج شده است تا با روش استقرايي به ارايه برخي از گونه ها پرداخته شود. معيار اصلي گونه شناسي ما، اقدامات شديد عليه كودكان بوده است و اقدامات خفيفي كه در فرهنگ هاي مختلف در مورد كودك آزاري مورد اختلاف بوده، لحاظ نشده است. تاكيد بر اين است كه آمار ارايه شده فقط از دو روزنامه بوده و شامل مطبوعات ديگر و نيز مراجعات و شكايات و گزارشات مراكز درماني و آموزشي و انتظامي نمي شود، بنابراين آمار واقعي بسيار بيش از آن است كه در مقاله آمده. بخش ديگري از گونه هاي پايمال شدن حقوق كودك نيز از طريق مشاهده و تجربه و تحليل احصا شده اند و در نهايت 9 گونه يا نوع شناخته شده كه هر كدام مي تواند معلول ها و فروع خاص خود را داشته باشد.

The main purpose of this article is the case of children’s trampeld rights in Iran including the crimes that are not regarded as crimes in our domestic laws، such as undemocratic education system. In order to prove those groups of crimes، made a revision over two highly^ published newspapers and drow out a list of different crimes and hassles against children and made an inductive study about them. The main criteria focused on were based on even aggressive or moderate crimes. It should be noticed that information mentioned here is taken frome only two news-papers and we didn’t take advantage of other cases such as complaints and police ، health centers or educational centers reports، so we expect the real statistical reports are more than we have in hand. Some other cases are brouth into consid¬eration by direct observation and ultimately cases or types of trampled rights of children have been recognized. That each of them can bear its causes and effects accordingly.
