چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﺼﺮف زﯾﺎد ﻧﻮﺷﯿﺪﻧﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺷﯿﺮﯾﻦ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﺷﮑﺮ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﺧﺘﻼل در ﺳﻄﻮح ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ و اﺳﭙﺮﻣﺎﺗﻮژﻧﺰ ﮔﺮدد. دراﯾﻦراﺳﺘﺎ، ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪه ﺑﺮ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ و ﺗﻌﺪاد اﺳﭙﺮمﻫﺎ در ﻣﻮشﻫﺎي ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﺳﺎﮐﺎروز ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺪﯾﻦﻣﻨﻈﻮر، 32 ﺳﺮ ﻣﻮش ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﻧﺮ ﻧﮋاد وﯾﺴﺘﺎر ﻫﺸﺖ ﺗﺎ 10 ﻫﻔﺘﻪاي )ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزﻧﯽ 158/93±8/36 ﮔﺮم( ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﺑﺘﺪا در دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ و ﺑﺪون ﻣﺤﻠﻮل 30 درﺻﺪ ﺷﮑﺮ ﺟﺎي ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ و ﭘﺲ از ﮔﺬﺷﺖ ﭼﻬﺎر ﻫﻔﺘﻪ، ﻫﺮﯾﮏ از اﯾﻦ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﻪﻣﺪت ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪه را ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺳﻪ روز در ﻫﻔﺘﻪ و ﯾﮏ روز درﻣﯿﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم دادﻧﺪ. وزن ﺑﺪن، ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺗﺴﺘﻮﺳﺘﺮون و ﺗﺤﺮﯾﮏﮐﻨﻨﺪة ﻓﻮﻟﯿﮑﻮﻟﯽ و ﻟﻮﺗﺌﯿﻨﯽ اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد اﺳﭙﺮمﻫﺎي اﭘﯿﺪﯾﺪﯾﻤﯽ ﺷﻤﺎرش ﮔﺸﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ دوﺳﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري (0.05≤P) ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ و ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﺳﺎﮐﺎروز ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﻟﻮﺗﺌﯿﻨﯽ (P=0.02) و ﺗﻌﺪاد اﺳﭙﺮمﻫﺎ (P<0.01) ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﺳﺎﮐﺎروز ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﻟﻮﺗﺌﯿﻨﯽ و ﺗﺤﺮﯾﮏﮐﻨﻨﺪة ﻓﻮﻟﯿﮑﻮﻟﯽ و ﺗﻌﺪاد اﺳﭙﺮمﻫﺎ (P<0.05) ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻼهﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﻓﺰاﯾﻨﺪه در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺼﺮفﮐﻨﻨﺪة ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﺳﺎﮐﺎروز ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺳﻄﻮح ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﻟﻮﺗﺌﯿﻨﯽ (P<0.01) و ﺗﺤﺮﯾﮏﮐﻨﻨﺪة ﻓﻮﻟﯿﮑﻮﻟﯽ (P=0.04) درﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت ﺑﺎﻻ ﻣﻤﮑﻦ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ، ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﺧﺘﻼل ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ در روﻧﺪ اﺳﭙﺮﻣﺎﺗﻮژﻧﺰ در اﻓﺮادي ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﺪاوم و ﺑﺎﻻي ﺷﮑﺮ دارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Excessive intake of sugar-sweetened beverages can lead to abnormalities in spermatogenesis and some of sex hormones levels. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of resistance training with progressive load on serum levels of sex hormones and number of epidydimal sperms count in rats fed with sucrose solution. Thirty-two male Wister rats (8-10 weeks old, mean weight 158.93±8.36 grams) were randomly divided initially into fed with and without 30% sugar solution groups, and after four weeks, each of these groups were divided into control and training groups (totally 4 groups). The training groups were subjected to 8 weeks progressive resistance training program, every other day, 3 days in week. Fasting serum levels of testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), as well as epidydimal sperms count were measured. The results of two ways ANOVA with P≤0.05 indicated that interacting effects of resistance training and fed with sucrose solution induced a reduction in serum LH levels (P=0.02) and sperms count (P<0.01). Consumption of sucrose solution lead to a decline in serum LH and FSH levels, and sperms count (P<0.05). Progressive resistance training in the sucrose solution decreased serum LH (P<0.01) and FSH (P=0.04) levels compared with control group. It seems that high intensity resistance training in subjects with regular consumption of high sugar, can lead to impaired spermatogenesis by changing the levels of some sex hormones.
