Critical analysis of the book” ambiguity function in the process of reading a text” authored by Forough Sahba

كاركرد ابهام در فرايند خوانش متن تأليف فروغ صهبا، پيچيدگي ها و شگردهاي روايي در مبهم ساختن داستان را بررسي كرده است. «ابهام» صنعتي است در نوشتار كه بنا به مقتضيات نويسنده و متن، مي تواند عنصري جوهري و ذاتي يا ترفند ادبي تلقي شود. به رغم تلاش نويسنده در ارائه شواهد بسياري از شگردهاي ابهام آفريني در داستان مدرن، ايراداتي به كتاب وارد است. پراكندگي و ضعف طبقه بندي مطالب در ساختار كتاب و تلقي نادرست از ابهام ايرادهاي كلي كتاب است: 1- نپرداختن به انواع متن هاي نوشتاري مانند متن هاي عرفاني و شعر، و فروكاستن ابهام به نوع نوشتاري داستان- آن هم صرفا داستان مدرن و پسامدرن- در حالي كه عنوان كتاب، بررسي ابهام در «متن» را هدف پيش روي خود قرار داده است، 2- يكي انگاشتن ابهام با پيچيدگي، 3- نبود تمايز ميان انواع ابهام (ساختگي، ادبي، جوهري) 4- تنزل دادن ابهام به عنوان ترفندي براي حفظ صدارت نويسنده است از مهمترين مواردي است كه مقاله حاضر به آنها پرداخته است.

The main aim of the book “Ambiguity function in the process of reading the text authored by Forough Sahba” is to examine complexities, discurcitivities and narrative techniques making the stories ambiguous. Although the author attempts to present a host of evidences on ambiguous-making techniques for modern stories, there still exist some criticisms on the structure and content of the book which requires its examination more closely. Disorganization and weakness in the classification of the book’s contents besides misreading of “ ambiguity” are the main drawbacks of the present book. More evidently, reducing the ambiguity in stories, merely modern and postmodern ones, equaling the ambiguity with is complexities and discursivities and also downgrading the ambiguity which are perceived as strategies for maintaining the author’s authority are the main motives for writing this paper.
