رابطه رضايت زناشويي و سلامت رواني در مادران داراي فرزندان مبتلا به مشكلات عاطفي و رفتاري

The relationship between marital satisfaction and mental health in mothers of children with emotional and behavioral problems

به طور معمول، مشكلات عاطفي و رفتاري كودكان، بازتابي از عدم رضايت زناشويي و وضعيت رواني والدين، به ويژه مادر است. از اين رو، پژوهش حاضر رابطه رضايت زناشويي و سلامت رواني در مادران داراي فرزندان مبتلا به مشكلات عاطفي و رفتاري را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. بدين منظور از ميان 412 دانش آموز دختر در پايه هاي اول تا ششم در يك دبستان در منطقه دو آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران، 42 دانش آموز دختر مبتلا به مشكلات عاطفي و رفتاري توسط مادرانشان شناسايي شدند. سرانجام 28 نفر از مادران داراي فرزند مبتلا به مشكلات عاطفي و رفتاري به عنوان گروه نمونه در دسترس در اين پژوهش شركت كردند. داده هاي لازم از طريق اجراي پرسشنامه رضايت زناشويي انريچ، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومي و پرسشنامه رفتاري راتر كودكان به دست آمد و براي تحليل آماري داده ها از تحليل رگرسيون خطي استفاده شد. يافته هاي به دست آمده نشان داد كه در مادران داراي فرزند دختر مبتلا به مشكلات عاطفي و رفتاري رضايت زناشويي و سلامت رواني با يكديگر همبستگي معناداري وجود دارد (0/001>P). بديهي است زماني كه رضايت زناشويي و سلامت رواني در مادران داراي فرزند دختر پايين باشد، مشكلات عاطفي و رفتاري در فرزندان آن ها افزايش مي يابد.

Usually، children’s emotional and behavioral difficulties are a reflection of parents’، especially mothers’ lack of marital satisfaction and their psychological conditions. The present study investigated the relationship between marital satisfaction and mental health in mothers of children with emotional and behavioral problems. For this purpose، from 412 first and sixth grade female students in a primary school of district two of education، in Tehran، 42 students with emotional and behavioral problems were identified by their mothers. Finally، 28 mothers of children with emotional and behavioral problems took part in the study as the available sample. The required data were collected through enrich marital satisfaction scale، general health questionnaire، and Rutter child behavior questionnaire. The data were analyzed by linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that in mothers of girls with emotional and behavioral problems there is a significant correlation between marital satisfaction and mental health (P>0.001). It is clear that when marital satisfaction and mental health is low in mothers of girls، the emotional and behavioral problems of their children increase.
