مقايسه موقعيت هاي اجتماعي مشكل ساز دانش آموزان مبتلا به كم تواني ذهني، در خود ماندگي و بهنجار

Comparing the problematic social situations in students with autism and mental retardation with normal students

نتايج مطالعات مختلف حاكي از آن است كه كودكان مبتلا به كم تواني ذهني و طيف درخودماندگي در رويارويي با موقعيت هاي اجتماعي مختلف، مشكلات عمده اي را تجربه مي كنند، با اين حال تفاوت هاي ظريف بين اين كودكان با همسالان بهنجار در واكنش به شرايط اجتماعي مختلف كمتر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است؛ بنابراين پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقايسه موقعيت هاي اجتماعي مشكل ساز دانش آموزان مبتلا به كم تواني ذهني، درخودماندگي و بهنجار انجام شد. طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع علي مقايسه اي است كه طي آن 149 نفر دانش آموز مبتلا به كم تواني ذهني و درخودماندگي شهرستان رشت به شيوه نمونه گيري خوشه اي چندمرحله اي انتخاب شدند. همچنين 100 نفر دانش آموز با هوش متوسط به عنوان گروه مقايسه انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها از مقياس طبقه بندي موقعيت هاي اجتماعي مشكل ساز (داج، 1990) استفاده شد. نتايج حاصل از تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه گروه ها از نظر موقعيت هاي اجتماعي مشكل ساز تفاوت معناداري دارند (p<0.001)؛ بدين معنا كه كودكان مبتلا به درخودماندگي و كم تواني ذهني در موقعيت هاي ورود به گروه همسالان، پاسخ به تحريك شدن، پاسخ به شكست، پاسخ به موفقيت، انتظارات اجتماعي، و همچنين انتظارات معلم به صورت معناداري داراي مشكلات بيشتري از كودكان بهنجار هستند. بر اساس نتايج پژوهش حاضر كودكان بهنجار، كم توان ذهني و درخودمانده واكنش هاي متفاوتي در موقعيت هاي اجتماعي مختلف از خود نشان مي دهند كه مي تواند در برنامه ريزي هاي جامع و منظم براي اين كودكان مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

The results of several studies indicate that children with mental retardation and autism spectrum in facing with different social situations experience severe problems. However، the subtle differences between these children and normal peers in the response to different social conditions have been less studied. So the purpose of the present study was to comparing the problematic social situations in students with autism and mental retardation with normal students. This research is a causal-comparative study. 149 students with autism and mentally retardation were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method from Rasht city. Also 100 students with average intelligence were selected as the comparison group. To collect data، the Scale of Taxonomy of Problematic Social Situations for Children (Dodge، 1990) was used. The results of the analysis showed that there are significant difference between the groups of students in problematic social situations (p<0.001); this means that students with autism and mental retardation have more problems than normal students in components such as peer group entry، response to provocation، response to failure، response to success، social expectations، and teacher expectations. Based on the results of this study، students with autism، mental retardation and normal students، have different responses in different social situations that can be addressed in a comprehensive and regular planning for these children.
