ارتباط رفتارهاي مدرسين باليني و اضطراب آشكار دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي لاهيجان

The Relationship between Clinical Instructors' Behaviors and State Anxiety of Nursing Students in Islamic Azad University of Lahijan City

مقدمه: رفتارهاي فردي و حرفه‌اي مدرسين باليني نقش مهمي در شكل گيري شخصيت فردي و حرفه‌اي دانشجويان پرستاري ايفا مي‌كند و مي‌تواند بر سطح ا اضطراب دانشجويان تأثير داشته باشد. اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي ارتباط بين رفتارهاي مدرسين باليني و اضطراب آشكار دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي لاهيجان انجام شد. روش كار: اين مطالعه توصيفي- همبستگي بر روي 156 نفر از دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي لاهيجان كه به روش نمونه گيري سرشماري انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و پرسشنامه استاندارد اضطراب اشپيلبرگر در سال تحصيلي 94-1393 جمع آوري گرديد و با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (آزمون‌هاي همبستگي پيرسون و كاي اسكوئر) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. (05/0 > P) بعنوان سطح معني دار در نظر گرفته شد. يافته‌ها: بر اساس يافته‌ها، اكثر دانشجويان پرستاري (90 نفر، 7/57%) داراي اضطراب خفيف بودند و اكثر آنان (96 نفر، 6/61%) وضعيت رفتارهاي مدرسين باليني خود را در حد قوي، ارزيابي نمودند. بين رفتارهاي آموزشي مدرسين باليني و اضطراب آشكار دانشجويان پرستاري، ارتباط منفي و معني داري از نظر آماري وجود داشت. يعني با قوي‌تر شدن رفتارهاي آموزشي مدرسين باليني، اضطراب دانشجويان نيز كاهش مي‌يافت و با ضعيف‌تر شدن اين رفتارها اضطراب دانشجويان افزايش مي‌يافت (59/0- = r، 0001/0 > P). نتيجه گيري: مدرسين باليني پرستاري با رفتار و عملكرد شايسته خويش و بعنوان الگوي حرفه‌اي و اخلاقي مي‌توانند نقش انكارناپذيري در كاهش اضطراب دانشجويان پرستاري و تبلور جايگاه عميق معنوي اين حرفه مقدس داشته باشند. با انتخاب مدرسين باليني از ميان پرستاران توانمند و حضور مستمر اعضاي هيئت علمي در بيمارستان‌ها و همكاري دوجانبه، مي‌توان پل ارتباطي مناسبي بين تئوري و بالين ايجاد نمود.

Introduction: Individual and professional behaviors of clinical instructors have an important role to form individual and professional personality of nursing students, and can affect their level of anxiety. This study aimed at assessing the relationship between clinical instructors' behaviors and anxiety level of nursing students in Islamic Azad University of Lahijan City, Iran. Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, 156 nursing students were selected from Islamic Azad University of Lahijan through the census sampling method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory in a 2014-2015 academic year. Then, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and Chi-square test). P < 0.05 was set as a significant level. Results: Results showed that most of the nursing students had mild anxiety (90 persons, 57.7%) and the behaviors of their clinical instructors were assessed strong (96 persons, 61.6%). There was a negative significant relationship between the behaviors of clinical instructors and the level of anxiety of the nursing students (r = -0.59, P < 0.0001). It means that students' anxiety decreased when educational behaviors of clinical instructors become stronger, and the students' anxiety increased when the instructors' educational behavior becomes weaker. Conclusions: Nursing clinical instructors with their competent behavior and performance as a professional and moral pattern can have a deniable role in decreasing the anxiety of nursing students and revealing of deep spiritual placement of this holy job. By choosing clinical instructors from competent nurses and continuous presence of the faculty members in the hospitals and bilateral cooperation can create an appropriate communication bridge between theory and clinic.
