بررسي نگرش كشاورزان شهرستان مياندوآب نسبت به مشاركت در فرايند حفظ و احياي درياچه اروميه و عوامل مرتبط با آن

Assessing Attitudes of Farmers to Participate in the Process of Preserving and Restoring Urmia Lake and Its Related Factors in Miandoab Township

پژوهش توصيفي- همبستگي حاضر با هدف تحليل رابطه متغيرهاي مختلف با نگرش كشاورزان شهرستان مياندوآب نسبت به مشاركت در فرايند حفظ و احياي درياچه اروميه و عوامل مؤثر بر آن انجام شد. ابزار اصلي پژوهش،پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي آن با استفاده از نظرات اعضاي هيئت‌علمي رشته ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي تأييد شد. پايايي ابزار تحقيق با استفاده از مطالعه راهنما با 30 نفر از كشاورزان خارج از نمونه آماري در شهرستان مياندوآب و محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ كه مقدار آن براي بخش‌هاي مختلف بين /78 تا0/81 به دست آمد، تأييد گرديد. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كشاورزان بخش مركزي شهرستان مياندوآب تشكيل دادند (1376= N)كه 134 تن از آن‌ها بر اساس فرمول كوكران به عنوان نمونه بهروش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي دومرحله‌اي با انتساب متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. يافته‌هاي تحليل همبستگي نشان داد كه بين نگرش كشاورزان نسبت به مشاركت در فرايند حفظ و احياي درياچه اروميه با متغيرهاي درآمد سالانه كشاورزي، رضايت از شغل كشاورزي، ميزان تمايل به پرداخت هزينه براي احياي درياچه اروميه، ميزان اعتماد كشاورزان به سازمان‌هاي دولتي (سازمان آب و جهاد كشاورزي)، ميزان رضايت از خدمات ارائه‌شده دولتي براي حفظ و احياي درياچه اروميه و ميزان شايستگي مسئولين و كاركنان دولتي در زمينهي برنامه‌ريزي و اجراي طرح‌هاي آبياري رابطه مثبت و معني‌دار وجود داشت. افزايش رضايت كشاورزان از طريق بهبود خدمات سازمان‌هاي دولتي و مشاركت دادن آن‌ها مي‌تواند به بهبود نگرش كشاورزان به مشاركت در حفظ و احيا درياچه اروميه كمك كند.

The purpose of this study was to assess the attitude of farmers to participate in the process of preserving and restoring Urmia Lake and its related factors in Miandoab Township, West Azarbayjan, Iran. The statistical population consisted of all farmers in villages of central district of Miandoab Township (N=1376). The sample size determined using Cochran's formula (n=134) and cluster sampling method used for selecting samples. Descriptive and correlational research method used in this study. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of agricultural extension and education faculty members. Cronbach's coefficient alpha was used to confirm the reliability of the questionnaire (0.78-0.81). Data analyzed using SPSS 20. The finding revealed that there is a significant relationship between attitude to participate in the process of preserving and restoring Urmia Lake and agricultural income, agricultural job satisfaction, willingness to pay for the restoration of the Lake, the confidence in government agencies and the level of satisfaction with the services provided and the competence of government to protect and restore the Lake. Farmers' satisfaction will increased through improved services and the participation of government agencies and so it could improve attitudes of farmers to participate in conservation and restoration of Urmia Lake.
