چكيده فارسي :
ﺳﺨﺘﮑﺎري ﺳﻄﺤﯽ ﻟﯿﺰري، ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژﯾﻬﺎي اﻣﯿﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺳﻄﺢ ﻓﻠﺰات ﺑﻤﻨﻈﻮر اﺻﻼح ﺧﻮاص ﺗﺮﯾﺒﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺪون ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ روي ﺧﻮاص ﺣﺠﻤﯽ ﻣﺎده ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻄﻮر ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﺳﺨﺘﮑﺎري ﺳﻄﺤﯽ ﻟﯿﺰري ﻓﻮﻻد ﺿﺪ زﻧﮓ ﻣﺎرﺗﻨﺰﯾﺘﯽ 410 ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻟﯿﺰر دﯾﻮدي ﺗﻮان ﺑﺎﻻي ﭘﯿﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮ ﺗﻮان 1600 وات ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﺗﻮان ﻟﯿﺰري، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ روﺑﺶ و ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ از ﮐﺎﻧﻮن ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ روي ﻋﻤﻖ و ﭘﻬﻨﺎي ﻻﯾﻪ ﺳﺨﺖ ﺷﺪه و ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺳﺨﺘﯽ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻟﯿﺰر ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﯿﮑﺮو ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻟﯿﺰر، ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻮان ﻟﯿﺰر و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ روﺑﺶ، ﻣﯿﺰان ﺳﺨﺘﯽ و ﻋﻤﻖ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺳﺨﺘﯽ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ دﺳﺘﺎوردﻫﺎ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﮐﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ، ﻋﻤﻖ ﺳﺨﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ و ﭘﻬﻨﺎي ﺳﺨﺘﯽ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ ﻣﯽ آﯾﺪ. ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪات ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﻻﯾﻪ ﺳﺨﺖ ﺷﺪه ﻣﯿﺰان ﺳﺨﺘﯽ 620 وﯾﮑﺮز ﺑﺎ 1.8 ﻣﯿﻠﯿﻤﺘﺮ ﻋﻤﻖ ﺳﺨﺘﯽ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺳﺨﺘﮑﺎري ﺳﻄﺤﯽ ﻓﻮﻻد 410 ﺑﺎ ﻟﯿﺰر دﯾﻮدي ﺣﺪودا 1.43 ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺳﺨﺘﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ ﮐﻮره اي اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Laser surface hardening is a promising technology used for surface modification to improve the tribological properties without affecting on the bulk properties of materials. This paper surveys the capability of laser surface hardening of AISI 410 martensitic stainless steel by using continues high power diode laser with a maximum power of 1600 W, experimentally. Laser power, scanning speed and focal plane position were variable parameters in this research. The influence of process parameters on depth and width of hardened layer and microhardness profile of laser treated areas were investigated. Microstructure of the laser treated zone were studied and compared. Results show that by increasing laser power and decreasing scanning speed, higher hardness and depth achieved. Results also reveal that by decreasing in focal plane position higher depth and lower width achieved. Observations indicated that a hardened surface layer of about 1.8 mm depth and 620 HV hardness is obtained. The surface hardnening of the 410 stainless steel by diode laser is about 1.43 times the hardness of the furnace heat treatment.
