تمايل كشاورزان شهرستان گرمسار به تامين مالي ترويج خصوصي

Willingness of farmers to financing of Agricultural private extension in the Garmsar Township

اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين انگيزه كشاورزان در تأمين مالي ترويج كشاورزي خصوصي در شهرستان گرمسار انجام شد. نمونه آماري اين مطالعه، تعداد 242 نفر از كشاورزان بودند كه از پنج دهستان و از ميان 8600 كشاورز با فرمول كوكران واز طريق نمونه­ گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه به عنوان ابزار پژوهش اصلي استفاده شد و اعتبار آن توسط تعدادي از كارشناسان بررسي شد. اعتبار ابزار نيز را از طريق تكميل 30 پرسشنامه در شهرستان سمنان مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. آلفاي كرونباخ با 0/873 محاسبه شد كه به معني اعتبار پرسشنامه بود. براي تعيين انگيزه كشاورزان در تأمين مالي ترويج كشاورزي خصوصي در شهرستان گرمسار از رگرسيون گام به گام استفاده شد كه متغيرها توان تبيين 52/9 درصد اين تغييرات را داشتند. نتايج نشان داد كه متغيرها در هفت متغير مرحله وارد فرآيند شدند: در گام اول خدمات ترويج مورد نياز وارد معادله شد. در مرحله دوم نگرش نسبت به نحوه عملكرد عاملين ترويج به رگرسيون وارد شد. سپس به ترتيب ميزان هزينه، مبلغ وام، رضايت از خدمات ترويجي، ميزان عملكرد و در نهايت سطح تحصيلات بيشترين نقش را در انگيزه كشاورزان در تأمين مالي ترويج كشاورزي خصوصي در شهرستان گرمسار داشتند.

This study aims was Incentive for farmers in the financing of private agricultural extension in the city of Garmsar. To do the study, a number of 242 persons about of sample from five central villages (DEHESTAN) were selected out of 8600 farmers. The Cochran formula and a sampling test were used for this purpose. Questionnaire was applied as the main research instrument and its reliability was checked by a panel of experts. Additionally, its validity was examined via filling 30 questionnaires by a group of respondents in Semnan County. The Cronbach’s alpha was calculated equal with 0.873 which means the validity of questionnaire was confirmed. Incentive for farmers in the financing of private agricultural extension in the city GARMSAR was performed of stepwise Regression. The variables could explain 52/9 percent of the changes. The results showed that the variables were entered in seven steps: The first step of extensional services was needed in the equation. The second stage attitude towards the practice of promoting extension agents entered into the regression. Next to the amount, loan, extension service satisfaction, and the performance and At the final level of the highest role in motivating farmers to finance the extension of private farming in the city were garmsar.
