چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: در گذشته ابزار مناسبي براي تقسيم بندي افراد آمپوته جهت تجويز پروتز مناسب براي آن ها وجود نداشت، ولي امروزه پرسشنامه هاي بسياري در دسترس مي باشند كه در نقاط مختلف جهان مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند و پايايي و روايي آن ها مستند شده است. اكثر پروتزيست ها نيز به اين حقيقت واقفند كه تجويز و ساخت پروتز بايستي بر مبناي نياز واقعي آمپوته انجام شود.
پرسشنامه ها از مهم ترين ابزارها در انجام مطالعات كيفي هستند. آن ها ممكن است توسط آمپوته يا خود پژوهش گر، از طريق مصاحبه با آمپوته يا بر اساس توضيحات بيمار تكميل شوند. استفاده از نمرات حاصل از پرسشنامه هاي مختلف كه در مورد توانايي، عملكرد و راحتي سوكت مي باشد، راهي براي كمي سازي متغيرهاي كيفي است. امروزه پرسشنامه هايي در مورد استفاده از پروتز، جنبه هاي عملكردي آن و فعاليت هاي عمومي آمپوته وجوددارد، ولي هيچ كدام از آن ها اطلاعات كاملي در مورد اين كه چگونه پروتزي متناسب با توانايي واقعي يك آمپوته بايد ساخت، ارايه نمي كنند.
هدف: در اين مقاله به معرفي برخي از ابزارهاي كمي سازي داده هاي كيفي مانند: PEQ، BPI، SCS و DMERC كه در مطالعات پروتزهاي اندام تحتاني كاربرد دارند، مي پردازيم.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Nowadays، there are many questionnaires available، validated & used worldwide. Today Most of the prosthetists are aware of the fact that prescribing & fitting the prostheses should be based on the real requirements of the amputee. Questionnaires are amongst the most important tools in qualitative research that may be filled out by the amputee، him/herself or the researcher via interview with the amputee.
Results : The resultant scores may be a tool to quantify the qualitative modules about the amputee’s function & socket comfort. These questionnaires are about using the prostheses، functional aspects of use and general activities of the amputee، but none of them can provide complete information about how to provide the amputee with a prosthesis which is most adequate to his/her real requirements.
Discussion: We tried to have a brief introduction to some of the most common questionnaires such as PEQ، BPI، SCS، DMERC، that are used to assess lower limb prosthetic comfort.
