عوامل اجتماعي موثر بر نشاط اجتماعي معلمان (مطالعه موردي)

شادماني و نشاط از جمله نيازهاي مهم انسان هستند و مي‌توانند در مقابله افراد با مشكلات و رويارويي با فشارها و ارتقاء بهره وري كار نقش بسزايي داشته باشند. با توجه به نقش و جايگاه مهم معلمان در تربيت و جامعه­ پذيري دانش­ آموزان، هدف مقاله حاضر بررسي ميزان شادماني اجتماعي معلمان شهر تهران و شناسايي عوامل اجتماعي موثر برآن است. جامعه آماري شامل معلمان نواحي 20 و 21 شهر تهران است كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، يك نمونه 370 نفري از بين آنها براي مطالعه انتخاب شد. روش تحقيق؛ پيمايش و ابزار جمع آوري داده‌هاي مورد نياز پرسشنامه بود. ابزار تحقيقات از اعتبار صوري برخوردار است. يافته‌هاي رگرسيوني و بررسي رابطه بين متغيرها نشان مي­دهد كه در واقع متغيرهاي زمينه­ اي و همچنين عوامل اجتماعي موثر از جمله خود بيگانگي، ميزان درآمد، دينداري، ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي، رضايت زندگي، شغلي، پايگاه اقتصادي و اجتماعي رابطه­ هاي معنادار با نشاط اجتماعي افراد مورد مطالعه دارد.

Happiness and vitality are one of the most important human needs and they can play a significant role in coping with problems and confronting pressures and promoting productivity. Considering the role and importance of teachers in the education and community of students, the aim of this article is to investigate the social happiness of Teachers in Tehran and identify the social factors affecting it. The statistical population included teachers from the 20th and 21st regions of Tehran, using a Cochran formula, a sample of 370 of them were selected for study. The research method was a survey and a tool for collecting required data Instrument research has a formal validity. The results of regression analysis and the relationship between variables show that in fact, the underlying factors as well as effective social factors such as alienation, income, religion, dimensions of social capital, life satisfaction, occupation, economic and social status have a significant relationship with the social vitality of the subjects studied.
