پژوهش حاضر، درصدد تبيين ضرورت و فلسفه ي وجود قشرها و طبقات جامعه همچنين وظايف و مشخصه هاي هر طبقه به منظور دستيابي به اين فرضيه كه وجود طبقات و قشرها در جامعه و عدم استغنايِ آن ها از يكديگر، حكايت از نيازهاي گوناگون افراد انسان و عدم توانايي هر يك از آن ها در برطرف كردن همه ي احتياجات خود در جامعه مي باشد. شايان ذكر است، هدفي را كه اين مقاله دنبال مي كند آن است كه امام علي عليه السلام در نهج البلاغه، نه تنها واقعيّت اجتماعي طبقات را پذيرفته، بلكه علاوه بر آن تعاون و همكاري ساير طبقات با يكديگر را ضروري مي داند تا در سايه ي اين تعاون مشترك، جامعه ي خويش را حفظ و نيازهاي مختلف را در سطح خرد و كلان برطرف نمايند. هم چنين با ايجاد اين هماهنگي، موقعيت و ارتباطي بهتر ميان حاكم و ساير طبقات، دستگاه ها و ارگان ها با يكايك مردم از جنبه هاي مختلف صورت مي پذيرد. و در نهايت با تحقق اين همياري است كه جامعه به سمت كمال رهنمون خواهد شد. اين مقاله، با روش اسنادي - كتابخانه اي به جمع آوري اطلاعات پرداخته و تجزيه و تحليل در آن بر مبناي تحليل محتوا است.

The present research seeks to explain the necessity and philosophy of the existence of the classes and classes of society as well as the duties and characteristics of each class in order to achieve the hypothesis that the existence of classes and groups in society and their lack of enthusiasm from one another, reflect the various needs of human beings and lack of The ability of each of them to meet all their needs in society. It is worth noting that the purpose of this article is that Imam Ali (as) in Nahj al-Balaghah not only accepts the social reality of the classes but also requires co-operation and cooperation of other classes with each other, in the shadow of This collaborative co-operation will maintain its society and meet the various needs at a micro and macro level. By creating this coordination, a better communication between the ruler and the other classes, organizations and organizations will take place with each other in different ways. and ultimately, with the realization of this partnership, society will lead to perfection. This paper, by documentary-library method, collects information and analyzes it based on content analysis.
