Development Model of Gomeyshan City Based on Environmental Factors and Analysis Placement

توسعه شهر فرآيندي اجتناب ناپذبر بوده كه ناشي از عوامل متعدد مي باشد و پيامد آن توسعه شهر در جهت ها و نقاط مختلف است. رشد شهرها به صورت غير علمي پيامدها و آثار نامطلوبي از قبيل شلوغي بيش از حد در بعضي از قسمت هاي شهر، افزايش ترافيك، از بين رفتن منابع و ظرفيت هاي كشاورزي در اطراف شهر، صدمه و آسيب به محيط زيست، كاهش امكانات و خدمات شهري براي بعضي مناطق و ... را در پي دارد. براي اينكه بتوان مشكلات حاصل از توسعه شهر را كمتر كرد و عوامل مختلف از قبيل عوامل اكولوژيكي مانند شيب، جهت شيب، ارتفاع، كاربري اراضي اقليم و زمين شناسي و ... را در توسعه شهري دخيل داد بايد از روشي استفاده كرد كه به تواند عواملي را كه در توسعه شهري دخالت دارد را براساس درجه اهميت آنها در طرح توسعه شهري وارد كند و ظرفيت هاي طبيعي توسعه را در نظر بگيرند و از سامانه هاي اطلاعات مكاني استفاده نمايند. در اين مقاله با استفاده از arc gis جهت شناسايي مناطق مناسب توسعه، اولويت بندي مناطق شناسايي شده و تحليل سلسله مراتبي نسبت به شناخت مناطق داراي استعداد توسعه اقدام شده است. براي دستيابي به اين هدف ابتدا عوامل موثر در توسعه كالبدي شهر بر اساس ظرفيت هاي محيطي شناسايي شده اند و سپس عوامل و داده ها موثر را در پايگاه داده در arc gis تبديل گرديده و در ادامه جهت انتخاب بهترين منطقه و اولويت بندي مناطق توسعه، عوامل اثرگذار در توسعه شهري را با استفاده از روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي (ahp) بر اساس درجه اهميت عوامل تاثيرگذار نسبت به هم مقايسه شده و آنگاه با استفاده از توابع تحليل مكاني در arc gis مناطق مناسب جهت توسعه بر اساس اولويت تعيين گرديده اند.

The city development is an unavoidable process which is due to different effects and ingredients and its result is the city development at different points and directions. To avoid results and problems resulted from city development، the city development and spread has to be done in a controlled way and based on scientific Principe and rules. Unscientific Cities growth have undesired effects and results as too much crowd in some areas of the city like، traffic increase، loss of resources and agricultural capacity around the city، damage to the environment، urban services and facilities reduction for some areas and etc. To reduce problems resulted from urban development and involve various factors in the development of the city as ecological factors such as geology and climate land use، slope، slope direction، height and etc an approach should be used which is able to interfere factors that are involved in urban development in urban development project based on their importance and regard natural development capacity and benefit from geographic information systems that are powerful tools. In this paper using ArcGIS for appropriate areas of development identification، prioritizing identified areas and hierarchical analyse for areas with development potential has been done. For this purpose، first، effective factors in skeletal urban development identified based on environment capacities and then effective factors converted to effective data in database in ArcGIS and next to choose the best area and prioritizing development areas، effective factors in urban development using hierarchical analyse (AHP) based on importance of effective factors are compared together and then using spatial analysis functions in ArcGIS appropriate areas for development determined based on priority.
