مقايسه فعاليت الكتروميوگرافي (EMG) عضلات درگير در مرحله رهايي پرتاب نيزه قهرمانان معلول مرد جهان و پارالمپيك

A comparison of the electromyographic activity (EMG) of the muscles during the release phase of javelin throwing in disabled male world and paralympic champions

هدف از اين مطالعه شناسايي متغير الگوي فعاليت عضلاني (آمپلي تود) عضلات پكتوراليس ماژور، بخش قدامي دلتوييد و تري سپس پرتاب گران نيزه قهرمان جهان و پارالمپيك مرد كشور با استفاده ازemg بود.مواد و روش ها: فعاليت الكتريكي عضلات پكتوراليس ماژور، بخش قدامي دلتوييد و تري سپس 24 نفر پرتابگر نيزه معلول نخبه مرد ايراني كلاس هاي مختلف نشسته و ايستاده با استفاده از دستگاه الكتروميوگرافي سطحي انجام شد. در اين مطالعه از تحليل واريانس يك طرفه (one way anova) و آزمون تي(t) مستقل در سطح معني داري 0/05استفاده گرديد.يافته ها: بين الگوي فعاليت عضلاني (آمپلي تود) عضلات پكتوراليس ماژور و دلتوييد قدامي كلاس هاي نشسته، عضله تري سپس كلاس هاي ايستاده و عضله پكتوراليس ماژور كلاس هاي نشسته با ايستاده قهرمانان معلول در طي رهايي نيزه تفاوت معني داري وجود داشت (0/001 >p). در حالي كه در آمپلي تود عضله تري سپس كلاس هاي نشسته پكتوراليس ماژور و بخش قدامي عضله دلتوييد كلاس هاي ايستاده و بخش قدامي عضله دلتوييد و تري سپس كلاس هاي نشسته و ايستاده تفاوت معني داري مشاهده نگرديد.بحث و نتيجه گيري: به طور متوسط ميانگين تمامي متغيرهاي مورد نظر در كلاس هاي نشسته بيشتر از كلاس هاي ايستاده بود. بالاترين مقادير آمپلي تود به ترتيب متعلق به بخش قدامي عضله دلتوييد، پكتوراليس ماژور و تري سپس گروه هاي نشسته بود. اين امر نشان دهنده استفاده بيشتر از عضلات مورد نظر بواسطه اختلال و معلوليت و عدم كارآيي عضلات پايين تنه پرتاب گران نشسته نسبت به پرتاب گران ايستاده مي باشد. مقايسه آمپلي تود فعاليت الكتروميوگرافي عضلات مورد نظر در همه كلاس ها و معلوليت ها نشان داد كه آنها نقش مهمي در عملكرد پرتاب گران معلول ايفا مي كنند.

Background : The purpose of this study was to recognize the performance of the pectoralis major، anterior deltoid، and triceps muscles of the disabled male world and paralympic championsby the EMG. Materials and Methods: The electrical activity of the pectoralis major، anterior deltoid، and triceps muscles of 24 disabled Iranian male world and paralympic throwers in sitting and standing positions was recorded by a surface electromyographic device. To determine the significant differences of the sitting and standing classes، the statistics techniques of the One Way ANOVA and the independent t- test at the 0.05 sinificant level were administered to the recorded data. Results: The activity (amplitude) of pectoralis major and anterior deltoid muscles of the participants differed significantly in the sitting classes. Also، the activity of triceps muscles in the standing classes and that of pectoralis major muscles of the sitting and standing classes while the amplitude of triceps muscles of sitting classes، pectoralis major and anterior deltoid muscles of the standing classes، and anterior deltoid and triceps muscles of both sitting and standing classes was not significantly different. (p<0.05). Conclusion: The means of all the variables in the sitting classes were more than those in the standing classes. The highest amplitude belonged to the anterior deltoid، pectoralis major and triceps muscles of the sitting classes، respectively. This is due to the disabled throwers’ paralysis in the sitting position compared with that of the throwers in standing positions. The comparison of the amplitude recorded by surface electromyography of the disabled throwers’ muscles in all classes showed that the pectoralis major، anterior deltoid، and triceps muscles have major roles in the disabled male world and paralympic champions’ throwing events.
