بررسي تجويز و مصرف آنتي بيوتيك و نقش آن در مقاومت ميكروبي و اثرات آن بر اقتصاد مقاومتي

Prescribe and use of antibiotics and its role in microbial resistance and its effects on resistance economy

مقدمه: مصرف بيرويه آنتي بيوتيك ها، باعث مقاومت ميكروبي شده بنحوي كه مصرف خودسرانه آنها باعث بالاتر رفتن مقاومت ميكروبي و نهايتا ًسبب گرديده ما نياز به آنتي بيوتيك هاي جديد و قوي تر داشته باشيم كه مشكل اين نوع آنتي بيوتيك هاي جديد«هزينه بسيار بالا و كمرشكن» آنهاست. امروزه در جامعه مواردي نظير آنتي بيوتيكها و غذاهاي وارداتي و تاثير آن بر سلامت و مصرف بي رويه آنتي بيوتيك و ضررهاي آن مغفول مانده است. مشكل موجود در اين حوزه اجرايي نشدن يا فقدان دستورالعمل هاي لازم است لذا در اين مقاله بر آن شديم به بررسي موضوع و راه حل دهيم. مواد و روش ها: در اين مطالعه بيش از يكصد سايت و مقالات مرتبط كه يا خود يا دانشمندان ديگر مستند شده و مجموعه تجربيات و مقالاتي كه در طي بيست سال اخير در زمينه بيماريهاي عفوني و ميكروبي بدست آورده ايم و همچنين مقالات نمايه شده ISI، DOAJ، SCOPUS و غيره استفاده شده است. نتيجه گيري: بصورت درمان بيماران عفوني با آنتي بيوتيكهاي ايراني خودكفايي در توليد واكسن، تقويت روشهاي تشخيص دقيق عفونتها تحقيقات كاربردي و عملياتي و هدفمند نمودن مصرف و تجويز منطقي آنتي بيوتيكها جهت رسيدن به اقتصاد مقاومتي مي باشد كه به تفصيل در متن به آن خواهيم پرداخت.

The problem in this area is the lack of implementation or lack of guidelines، therefore، in this article we are going to examine the issue and solve it. Materials and Methods: In this study، more than 100 sites and related articles that have been documented by ourselves or other scientists، as well as the collection of experiences and articles we have gained over the past twenty years in the field of infectious and microbial diseases، as well as indexed articles، SCOPUS، DOAJ، ISI and so on. Conclusion: In the treatment of infectious patients with Iranian antibiotics self-sufficiency in the production of vaccine، strengthening the methods for accurate diagnosis of infections. Applied and operational research and purposeful use and rational administration of antibiotics to achieve resistance economics، as detailed in the text we will pay it.
