Designing a Professional Ethics Model for Doctors: The Delphi Model

اخلاق حرفه اي پزشكي، نظامي ساختارمند جهت حل مسائل اخلاقي و ارائه راهكارهاي مناسب در حيطه پزشكي است. هدف اين پژوهش طراحي الگوي اخلاق حرفه اي در پزشكان بود. يافتن مولفه هاي موثر در اخلاق حرفه اي با رويكرد كيفي انجام پذيرفت كه در آن چارچوبي از پيش تعيين شده مانند نظريه يا مدل وجود نداشت و اين چارچوب براساس داده هاي گردآوري شده طراحي شد.مواد و روش ها: براي انجام اين پژوهش، ابتدا از طريق مطالعه سوابق پژوهش هاي پيشين شناخت نسبتا جامعي از ادبيات موجود در اين زمينه حاصل شد و بر همين اساس نيز فهرستي مقدماتي از عوامل منابع انساني اثرگذار بر مولفه هاي اخلاق حرفه اي با روش دلفي تكميل و نهايي شد. بدين منظور 14 نفر از خبرگان اخلاق حرفه اي به عنوان گروه خبره با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري غيراحتمالي و تركيبي از روش هاي هدف دار يا قضاوتي و زنجيره اي برگزيده شدند. يافته ها: يافته ها با استفاده از روش پژوهش كيفي و مدل دلفي تحليل شدند. يافته هاي به دست آمده حاصل از اين پژهش به شناسايي 11 مولفه شامل وظيفه شناسي، تعالي شغلي، درستي و شرافت، احترام به ديگران، نوع دوستي، تعهد به عدالت اجتماعي، مديريت زمان، هوش هيجاني، رازداري، دانش اخلاقي و حساسيت اخلاقي منتهي شد. از بين اين مولفه ها، مولفه هاي مديريت زمان، هوش هيجاني، دانش اخلاقي و حساسيت اخلاقي دستاورد نوين اين پژوهش مي باشند. همچنين شاخص جديدي به مولفه رازداري، يعني الكترونيك شدن پرونده هاي بيماران افزوده شد.بحث و نتيجه گيري: نتايج اين مطالعه مي تواند الگويي اخلاقي براي وزارت بهداشت و ساير نهادهايي كه اخلاق حرفه اي بخشي از گستره وظايف آن هاست مفيد باشد.

Background : Medical professional ethics is a structured discipline to address ethical issues and provide appropriate medical solutions. The purpose of this study was to design a professional ethics model for physicians. Finding effective components in professional ethics was carried out with a qualitative approach، in which there was no predetermined framework، such as a theory or model، and this framework was designed based on aggregated data. Materials and Methods: To do this research، firstly، through the study of previous research، a relatively comprehensive understanding of the literature in this field was obtained. and on this basis، a preliminary list of human resource factors influencing the components of professional ethics with the Delphi method was completed and finalized. For this purpose، 14 professional ethics experts were selected as an expert group using non-instantial sampling and a combination of targeted or judgmental and sequential methods. Results: The findings were analyzed using qualitative research methods and the Delphi model. The findings of this study reveal 11 key components، namely، conscientiousness، professional excellence، integrity and dignity، respect for others، friendship، commitment to social justice، time management، emotional intelligence، secrecy، moral knowledge and ethical sensitivity. Among these components، the importance of time management components، emotional intelligence، ethical knowledge and moral sensitivity were revealed in this research. A new index was added to the privacy component، concerning the e-mailing of patient records. Conclusion: The results of this study can be a useful model for the Ministry of Health and other institutions where professional ethics are part of their mandate.
