بررسي فراواني رنگ دندان سانترال ماگزيلا با دو نوع نمونه رنگ در مراجعه‌كنندگان به بخش پروتزهاي دنداني دانشكده دندانپزشكي بابل

Evaluation of Maxillary Central Incisors Color Frequency by two Shade Guides in Patients Referring to Prosthodontics Department of Babol Dental Faculty

آگاهي از شيوع رنگ دندان‌هاي طبيعي و همچنين در دسترس بودن دندان‌هاي مصنوعي با رنگ‌هاي مورد نياز براي بيماران ضروري است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقايسه رنگ دندان‌هاي طبيعي توسط دو نمونه رنگ در بيماران مراجعه كننده به بخش پروتزهاي دنداني دانشكده دندانپزشكي بابل در سال 93 92 انجام پذيرفت.روش بررسي: اين مطالعه مقطعي بر روي 200 نفر از مراجعه‌كنندگان به بخش پروتزهاي دنداني دانشكده دندانپزشكي بابل در سال 93 92 كه داراي سانترال‌هاي ماگزيلا بودند، انجام پذيرفت. رنگ سطح باكال سانترال راست يا چپ ماگزيلا به روش چشمي و با استفاده از دو نمونه رنگ Vitapan Classical و Vita toothguide 3D Master تعيين شد. داده‌هاي به دست آمده با استفاده از آمار توصيفي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.نتايج: در موردVitapan classical گروه رنگي( A (156(78% داراي بيشترين تعداد و در بين اين گروه نيز رنگ(A2 (84(42% شايع‌ترين رنگ بود. بر اساس نمونه رنگ Vita toothguide 3D Master شايع‌ترين رنگ دندان (2M2 (90(45%بود.نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به نتايج مطالعه رنگ A2 در نمونه رنگ Vitapan classical و رنگ 2M2 در نمونه رنگ Vita toothguide 3D Master شايع‌ترين رنگ دندان هستند..

Introduction: Knowing the color distribution of natural teeth and as a result the availability of the dentures teeth with the required colors is essential for patients. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the color of natural teeth by two shade guides, Vita tooth guide 3D-Master and Vitapan Classical, in patients referring to prosthodontics department of Babol dental school in 2013-14. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 200 patients referring to the Department of Prosthodontics, School of Dentistry, Babol, in 2013-14, who had maxillary central incisors. The color of buccal surface of maxillary left or right central incisor was determined by the visual method using Vitapan Classical and Vita tooth guide 3D-Master. The study data were analyzed applying descriptive statistics. Results: According to Vitapan Classical, the A color group revealed the highest frequency with 156 (78%) cases, among which an abundance of A2 with 84 cases (42%) was the most common. Based on the Vita tooth guide 3D-Master shade, the most common tooth color involved 2M2 (90 (45%)). Conclusion: The results of the present study demonstrated the A2 color and 2M2 as the most common colors of teeth in Vitapan Classical and Vita tooth guide 3D-Master color shade respectively.
