بررسي مقايسه‌ اي اهداف برنامه‌ هاي آموزشي با نيازهاي حرفه‌اي از ديدگاه دانش ‌آموختگان رشته فناوري اطلاعات سلامت

Comparative Study of the Goals of Training Programs Related to the Professional Needs from the Viewpoint of Health Information Technology Graduates

به طور يقين هدايت و مديريت فن آوري اطلاعات در نظام سلامت، طراحي سيستم هاي اطلاعات بيمارستاني و مدارك پزشكي الكترونيكي در مراكز مراقبت بهداشتي مستلزم تربيت نيروي انساني متخصص است كه علاوه بر برخورداري از دانش كامپيوتر و فن آوري اطلاعات با دانش باليني و نظام سلامت آشنا باشند. بنابراين هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقايسه اهداف برنامه هاي آموزشي با نيازهاي حرفه اي از ديدگاه دانش آموختگان فناوري اطلاعات سلامت مي باشد.روش: مطالعه حاضر توصيفيتحليلي، مقطعي و از نوع پيمايشي بوده و در سال 1395روي 120 نفر از دانش آموختگان و فارغ التحصيلان رشته فناوري اطلاعات سلامت كه در مقاطع كارشناسي پيوسته از دانشكده پيراپزشكي، علوم پزشكي زاهدان فارغ التحصيل شده اند، انجام گرديد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه اي روا و پايا جمع آوري و با آزمون هاي توصيفي و تحليلي، تجزيه و تحليل گرديد.نتايج: اكثر دانش آموختگان دوره سوم (75 درصد) توانايي خود را در به كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات در محيط زياد ارزيابي كرده بودند. بيشتر دانش آموختگان دوره اول كاربرد دروس كارآموزي (48/9 درصد) را بيشتر از دروس تئوري (41/6 درصد) و عملي (35/5 درصد) در كارايي حرفه اي موثر دانسته اند. از سويي ديگر عدم كسب مهارت هاي لازم اكثر دانش آموختگان دوره اول (38/7) را تحت فشار رواني قرار داده است كه اين فشار در دوره دوم متوسط و در دوره سوم كم بوده است.نتيجه گيري: همان طوركه از نتايج مطالعه بر مي آيد، تناسب ميان اهداف برنامه هاي آموزشي با نيازهاي حرفه اي در سه دوره مورد بررسي سير نزولي دارد. به همين دليل نياز مبرم بر تغيير سر فصل هاي آموزشي در جهت ارتقاي سطح مهارت هاي دانش آموختگان و رفع نيازهاي حرفه اي ايشان وجود دارد.

Introduction: In fact, management of information technology in the health system, designing the hospital information systems and electronic medical records in the health care centers, need to train some specialists familiar with computer science and Information Technology as well clinical knowledge and health systems. This study aimed to compare training programs and professional needs from the viewpoint of health information technology graduates. Method: This is a descriptive-analytic and cross-sectional survey on the 120 Bachelor graduated in Health Information Technology of Zahedan School of Allied Medical Sciences in 2016. Data were collected by using a standard questionnaire with confirmed validity and reliability and analyzed using SPSS 16. Results: The results show that most of first-year students (%75) had good ability in using Information Technology in their job. More first-year students believed that training courses (% 48/9) compared to the theoretical (%41/6) and practical (%35/5) courses were more effective and applicable in professional performance. On the other hand, most graduates declared that lack of technical skills (%38/7) is the main factor causing psychological pressure in the first-year students although the level of this pressure in the second- year students and in third-year students were medium and low, respectively. Conclusion: Considering the results, relationship between the goals of training programs and professional needs in the field of health information technology was declining. Therefore, there are urgent need to change training courses in order to improve the professional skills of graduates and meet their professional needs.
