مباني و اركان بنيادين نخبگي در آموزه هاي قرآني

The Fundamentals of Elitism in Quranic Teachings

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف محوريت بخشي به آموزه هاي قرآني در بازنگري به مفاهيم غربيِ رايج در جامعۀ اسلامي ايران، به عنوان نمونه درصدد تبيين مباني و اركان بنيادين نخبگي در آموزه هاي قرآني است. روش: از روش توصيفي تحليلي براي تبيين داده هاي به دست آمده از مطالعۀ آموزه هاي قرآني استفاده شده است. يافته ها: 1. مي توان را به عنوان كليدواژة نخبگي در آموزه هاي قرآني دانست. 2. مي توان در قالب دو بخش موهبتهاي غير « الصفوه » واژة خوديابي و » ،« خداباوري و توكل » ،« ويژگي هاي وراثتي » اختياري و اختياري، هفت ركن بنيادين نخبگي شامل و « شجاعت در ابراز و اجراي نظرات » ،« تفكر روشمند و خلاقيت » ،« اهتمام در كسب دانش و بينش » ،« خودباوري را تبيين كرد. نتيجه گيري: برخلاف نگرش رايج در جوامع غربي و مكتب « توانمندي راهبري دنياي پيراموني » نخبه گرايي كه هدف از نخبگي را كسب قدرت و سلطه مي داند، نخبگي در آموزه هاي قرآني، موهبتي الهي است كه بر اساس حكمت الهي تبيين شده و تنها با توانمندي فرد نخبه در جهت دهي به استعدادهاي الهي خويش براي هدايت مادي و معنوي انسانها و در مسير كسب رضايت الهي معنا مي يابد.

Objectives: This study aims at analyzing the western concepts of the teachings of the Quran in the current review of the scientific community, as an example to explain the principles and fundamental elements of the elite in the teachings of the Koran. Method: The method of the survey is descriptive and analytical methods. Results: The term "Alsafvah "is considered as keyword of elite in Quranic teachings concerning the concept and its application, the principle of" chosen by God with regard to internal features and the responsibility of leading people." to be considered elite. 2. The eight pillars can be " inherited property ", " belief and trust ", self-discovery and self-esteem, thinking circuit ", " effort in acquiring knowledge and insight methodical thinking and creativity Courage comment and its implementation "and" ability to communicate with the external world and its governance "as a fundamental pillar of elite explained. Conclusion: Unlike the common elitist attitude in Western societies aiming at developing elite school power and controlling the elites; in the teachings of the Quran it is based on divine wisdom and is offered only to use the talents gifted by God for ordinary life guidance and spiritual guidance of the man concluding in divine satisfaction and God,s pleasure
