رشد اخلاقي از ديدگاه نهج البلاغه با مدّ نظر قرار دادن نظرية كلبرگ

(Analyzing Moral Growth in Terms of Nahjolbalaghah( Based on the Theory of Kohlberg

هدف: موضوع اخلاق و رشد اخلاقي جايگاه ويژه اي در فرهنگ اسلامي دارد و مورد توجه خاص امام علي(ع) بوده است. از سوي ديگر، نظريه پردازان مختلفي هر يك بنابر زمينة ايدئولوژيكي و فرهنگي خود در اين زمينه نظريه پردازي كرده اند و اكثر آنها نتوانسته اند از زندگي عرفي انسان فراتر رفته، بنيان هاي روحاني و انگيزشي در اخلاق را كه ريشه در فطرت الهي آدمي دارد، مورد توجه قرار دهند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي نظرية رشد اخلاقي كولبرگ با رويكرد نهج البلاغه است. روش: روش پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي با تمركز بر رويكرد تحليل محتوا و از جهت هدف، كاربردي است. يافته ها: مراحل يك و دو و سه نظرية كولبرگ در متون نهج البلاغه ديده نشد و مفاهيم قضاوت اخلاقي در نهج البلاغه شامل مراحل چهار و پنج و شش بودند. نتيجه گيري: تحليل ها نشان داد كه امام علي(ع) در موقعيت هاي اجتماعي و آنجا كه براي عموم مردم صحبت مي كردند و مسائلي همچون ياري انسانها را متذكر مي شدند، از ادبيات مرحلة چهار استفاده ميكردند؛ اما در موقعيت هايي كه به تبيين رابطة خود با پروردگار يا بيان اشتياق خود به شهادت يا بيان نگرش خود به اجراي عدالت و ... مي رسند، از ادبيات مرحلة پنج و شش استفاده مي كنند

Objectives: Moral issue and moral growth is one of the most important human life dimensions from the beginning of human history till now. The present research aims at Analyzing moral growth in terms of NahjolBalaghah with a glance at Kohlberg theory. Method: The method of the study is descriptive analysis survey with focusing on content analyzing approach and in terms of the goal is applied. In this research with considering moral growth steps in opinion of Kohlberg, whole sermons and envelopes of Imam Ali in NahjolBalaghah has been examined, and 101 case have been selected among them which included moral issues. Then 101 case of moral meaning, according to the three sub question have been examined. Results: The results of the study indicate no relationship between the first, second and third phase of Kohlberg theory and NahjolBalaghah . the moral judgment concepts in NahjolBalaghah are including the forth, fifth and six phases. Conclusion: The author of the article concludes whenever Imam Ali was addressing the ordinary people and advising them for more cooperation ; the literature of the forth phase is applied . on the other hand whenever Imam Ali was describing his relationship with Allah and his enthusiasm for martyerdom or his attitude toward justic ; the literature of the fifth and six phase are applied.
