بررسي مشكلات فرايند مدرنيزاسيون در ايران معاصر و اثرات آن بر جهاني شدن

The Survey of Modernization Process Problems in Contemporary of Iran and Its Effect on Globalization

تجدد يكي از ويژگي‌هاي عصر جديد است. ما در عصر مدرنيته زندگي مي‌كنيم، از اين‌رو مدرنيته روح عصر جديد است. از عمر نوسازي در جامعه ايران بيش از يك قرن مي‌گذرد و از انقلاب مشروطه به اين ور رشد و شتاب گرفت. در اين فاصله ايران توانسته است از تحولات و دستاوردهاي علمي و فني و اقتصادي و سياسي و... غرب تاثير پذيرفته و بر اساس ظرفيت و توان خويش از آن تحولات عظيم دست به گزينش زده است. تحولات غرب به‌طور مستقيم يا غير مستقيم ناشي از تحولات فكري و فلسفي درغرب بعد از رنسانس است، كه از آن به مدرنيته ياد مي‌شود.اين عنصردرتمدن غرب درون زابوده است. از اين روتوسعه مدرنيزاسيون و متعاقب آن جهاني شدن محصولات جدي مدرنيته‌اند كه درجهان گسترش يافته‌اند. از آنجايي كه مدرنيته در ايران ديرتر و نارس ورود كرد، لذا مدرنيزاسيون در ايران با چالش‌هايي از قبيل سنت، استبداد، عدم درك درست روشنفگران، رهبران و برنامه ريزان جامعه و... همگي بخشي از موانع سر راه مدرنيزاسيون در ايران خصوصا در دوره پهلوي و اواخر دوران قاجار بوده است؛ باتوجه به روش تاريخي، تحليلي توصيفي و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي- اسنادي، بيشتر به بررسي دو مورد نخست آنها خواهيم پرداخت.

Modernization is one of the specialties in modern era. We live in modernity era. So modernity is the new era's soul. A century has passed from the life- Time of modernization in Iran's society, and from "mashrouteh" (constitution) revolution up to now, it is growing and speeding up. In this period, Iran has been able to be affected by western developments and their scientific, technical, economical and polities achievements, and based on its capacities and abilities, has selected from that huge developments. Western developments, directly or indirectly emanates from post-renaissance thoughts and philosophy, which is mentioned as modernity. In the western civilization this element has been endogenous, thus the modernization development and then globalization have been modernity serious products that have developed all over the world. As the entrance of the modernity in Iran was late and inadequate, modernization in Iran has confronted to challenges as tradition, despotism, wrong understanding of the intellectuals thoughts, leaders and the society planners and ... all have been obstacles in the path of modernization, especially in Pahlavi’s era, and the end of Ghajar's ruler ship. Noticing historical, analytical and descriptive methods, and using library and documentary resources, I will survey the two first points.
