بررسي مقايسه‌اي نقش روسيه و انگلستان در دو جنبش اجتماعي معاصر ايران: جنبش تنباكو و جنبش مشروطيت

A Comparative Survey about the Role of Russia and England in two Contemporary Social Movement of Iran; Tanbakoo and Mashroote

در متون تاريخي ابهام‌هايي در مورد نقش انگلستان در شكل‌گيري جنبش مشروطه ايران وجود دارد. اين مسئله به شكل اين پرسش كه «چرا قدرت‌هاي اروپايي در جنبش‌هاي اجتماعي ايران مداخله كرده اند؟» مطرح شده فرضيه پژوهشي اين است كه «مداخله قدرت‌هاي اروپايي در عرصه سياسي كشورهاي ديگر در چارچوب منافع ملي آنها در نظام بين‌المللي قابل توجيه است و همسويي آنها با با بازيگران داخلي تابعي است از متغير منافع مذكور.» روش پژوهش توصيفي تحليلي بوده و در پايان به اين نتيجه رسيده است كه حمايت روسيه از جنبش تنباكو و حمايت دولت انگلستان از جنبش مشروطه در قالب مفهوم «اتحاد طبيعي» و در جهت منافع آن قدرت‌ها قابل توضيح است. و در يك داوري علمي و بي‌طرفانه مي‌توان گفت: اين جنبش‌ها، رهبران و شركت كنندگان در آنها صرفا ناشي از اراده قدرت‌هاي بيگانه نبوده اند.

There are many ambiguities in historical texts about the role of England in arising of the constitutional movement of Iran (Mashroote). In this article the problem patterned in such question that “why the European powers intervened in Iranian social movement?” hypothesis of research argued that: “intervene of European powers in political area of other countries will explainable trough their “national interest” framework in international system” and their accompaniment w ith internal po litical players is depend ent to that interests variable. Research method is analytical descriptive. The result of hypothesis examine is: Russians assistance with revolutionaries in Tanbakoo movement and England's assistance with revolutionaries in Mashroote movement are explainable in form of “natural alliance” concept and their national interest. In scientific and neutral judgment, these movements, their leaders and their participators was not arising them determination of former powers.
