Pathology of Cultural Policy Making in Islamic Republic of Iran

در مجموعه سياستگذاري‌هاي اقتدار عمومي سياست‌هاي فرهنگي بالاترين اهميت را دارد قاعدتاً از اين روست كه در نگاه يونسكو فرهنگ و سياستگذاري هاي فرهنگي در كانون فرآيند توسعه پايدار كشورها تعريف مي‌گردند لذا براي سنجش و ارزيابي ميزان موفقيت يا عدم موفقيت سياستگذاري در حوزه فرهنگ نيازمند نگاهي واقع بينانه هستيم نگاهي كه در سايه پاتولوژي سياستگذاري ها تحصيل خواهد شد بنابراين هدف ما ضمن تبيين رابطه فرهنگ و سياستگذاري بررسي مهمترين آسيب‌هاي سياستگذاري فرهنگي در جمهوري اسلامي ايران با روش توصيفي- تحليلي با استفاده از تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي گردآوري شده به روش كتابخانه‌اي مي‌باشد يافته‌ها حاكي از آن است كه در حوزه سياستگذاري فرهنگي مشكلات عديده‌اي در بخش‌هاي مربوط به مطالعات نظري و شكل‌گيري، اجرا و ارزيابي وجود دارد.

Cultural policies are the most important policies in public authority settings. Therefore based on a definition posed by UNESCO (Stockholm Conference, 1998) culture and cultural politics are not considered as peripheral but are the main concerns in sustainable development of the countries. Thus to measure and evaluate the success or failure of policy in the field of culture we need to have a realistic look at pathology policies to be achieved; So our aim is to investigate the relationship between culture and politics and damage to cultural policy in Islamic Republic of Iran by using descriptive – analytical method and analysis of the data gathered using the library method.
