بررسي و مقايسه فلز آرسنيك در عضله و كبد ماهيان پرورشي كپور نقره اي (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)، كپور معمولي (Cyprinus carpio)، كپور علفخوار (Ctenopharyngodon idella)، كپور سرگنده (Aristichthys nobilis) و قزل آلاي رنگين كمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) در اهواز و شهركرد

The arsenic survey and comparison accumulation in muscle and liver of economic species (Cyprinus carpio, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, Ctenopharyngodon idella, Aristichthys nobilis, Oncorhynchus mykiss) farmed fishes from Ahvaz and Shahr-e-kord

آرسنيك از عناصر سمي مي باشد كه به دليل سميت، سرطان زايي و جهش زايي پايش اين عنصر داراي اهميت فراوان است. اين تحقيق در سال 1389 به منظور تعيين غلظت آرسنيك در عضله و كبد پنج گونه كپور نقره اي (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)، كپور معمولي (Cyprinus carpio)، كپور علفخوار (Ctenopharyngodon idella)، كپور سرگنده (Aristichthys nobilis) و قزل آلاي رنگين كمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) انجام شد. 60 نمونه ماهي از مجتمع پرورش ماهي آزادگان در اهواز و پرورش ماهي قزل آلا چشمه ديمه در شهركرد تهيه گرديد. سنجش آرسنيك از بافت هاي مورد مطالعه از روش هضم خشك و روش جذب اتمي مدل 4100Perkin Elmer صورت پذيرفت. بالاترين ميزان آرسنيك در كبد ماهي كپور سر گنده 0.048±.310 ميلي گرم در كيلوگرم وزن تر و پايين ترين ميزان اين عنصر در عضله ماهي كپور نقره اي 0.023±0.177 ميلي گرم در كيلوگرم وزن تر بود. غلظت آرسنيك بين عضله و كبد قزل آلاي رنگين كمان، كپورسرگنده و كپور علفخوار اختلاف معني داري داشت (P>0.05)، اما ميزان اين عنصر در عضله و كبد كپور معمولي و كپور نقره اي اختلاف معني داري نداشت (P>0.05). نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد غلظت آرسنيك در تمام نمونه ها پايين تر از استانداردهاي WHO و EPA است.

Arsenic a toxic elements while the monitoring of this element important because is toxic, mutagenic, and carcinogenic. In this study was measured concentration of As in the muscle and liver of five species Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, Cyprinus carpio, Ctenopharyngodon idella, Aristichthys nobilis and Oncorhynchus mykiss in 2011. 60 Sample of fishes was collected from the Azadegan culture collection in Ahvaz and cultural of rainbow trout in Dimeh spring in Shahr-e-kord. As were extracted from the tissues using dry Digestion method and measured by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. As concentration in muscle and liver of Oncorhynchus mykiss, Aristichthys nobilis and Ctenopharyngodon idella significance different (P<0.05), but concentration this element in muscle and liver of Cyprinus carpio and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix no significance different (P>0.05). The highest concentration of As in the liver of Aristichthys nobilis 0.310±0.048 mg/Kg/ww and the determined lowest concentration of this element in muscle of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix 0.177±0.023 mg/Kg/ww.
