چكيده فارسي :
سئله مشاركت زنان از سرفصلهاي مورد توجه در عرصه هاي پژوهشي كشور طي دهه هاي اخير محسوب مي گردد. نگاهي كلان و جامع به كم و كيف اين عرصه و ارائه تحليلي از نحوه ي بازنمود مشاركت زنان در پژوهش ها، رسالتي است كه اين مقاله به دنبال تحقق آن بوده است. در اين پژوهش با فراتحليل 29 پايان نامه، 212 كتاب و123 مقاله كه به ترتيب از پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي ايران داك، كتابخانه ي ملي و سايت نورمگز استخراج شده، به اين يافته ي مهم و اساسي در حوزه زنان نائل آمديم كه حوزه مشاركت زنان، در بدنه ي نخبگاني و دانشگاهي از بعد از انقلاب تا كنون از روند مشخصي كه ذيل آن بتوان به ارائه مدلي نظامند از كم و كيف مشاركت زنان در تمامي حوزه هاي سياسي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي دست يافت، برخوردار نبوده و به صورت مشهودي تحت تأثر فضاهاي گفتماني دولتهاي حاكم بوده است و متأسفانه نگاه جزئي و موردي داشتن نسبت به مشاركت زنان در عرصه هاي محدود(اقتصادي-سياسي) منجر به غفلتي مهم در شكل گيري نگاهي همه جانبه به اين حوزه گرديده است.

Women’s participation is one of the most important issues which have been attended in research reports during the last few decades and it is the main aim of present article to show how this issue has been appeared in existing researches.
By searching different data bases such as national library, Iran Doc and Normags, relevant sources including 212 books, 123 articles, 29 dissertations have been found and necessary data is collected since 1357 onwards.
Meta-analysis is applied to review acquired data. The result shows that after revolution so far, there is no consensus among elites and academics about the participation of women. So, it is not possible to present a systematic model about the quality and quantity of women’s participation in social, cultural, political and economic domain. Instead, it seems that the issue of women participation has been more influenced by the discourse of government in power. While the participation of women is seen partially in just few areas such as politics and economy, then inappropriately a comprehensive approach will be neglected.
