بررسي موانع انجام پژوهش از ديدگاه اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي ايران: يك مرور نظام مند

A Survey on Research Barriers from the Viewpoint of Faculty Members of Medical Universities of Iran: A Systematic Review

زمينه و هدف: پژوهش از پايه‌هاي اساسي در توسعه جوامع محسوب مي‌گردد، به طوري كه هيچ‌گونه حركت علمي و منطقي بدون پشتوانه تحقيقات امكان‌پذير نيست. از طرفي دانشگاه‌ها مهم‌ترين محل توليد علم محسوب مي‌شوند و از اين‌رو ساماندهي به تحقيقات دانشگاهي از عوامل مؤثر در پيشرفت جامعه است. هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي موانع انجام پژوهش از ديدگاه اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي ايران است. روش كار:در اين مرور نظام‌مند ابتدا با جستجو در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي Magiran، Noormags، سامانه دانش گستر بركت، Civilica، SID، ISI Web Of Science، PubMed، Scopus، Science Direct و موتورهاي جستجو Google scholar و Elmnet با استفاده از كليدواژه‌هاي استاندارد، همۀ مقالات منتشر شده مرتبط بدون اعمال محدوديت زماني جستجو شدند. در مجموع 110 مدرك بازيابي شد. با حذف 100 مدرك غيرمرتبط، تكراري و غير قابل استفاده 10 مقاله پس از كنترل كيفي وارد مطالعه شد. نتايج: در اين مطالعه 9 طبقه موضوعي موانع انجام پژوهش استخراج گرديد كه موانع آموزشي بالاترين موانع و موانع امكاناتي پايين‌ترين موانع بودند. ساير موانع به ترتيب اهميت عبارت‌اند از: مالي، علمي، فرهنگي-اجتماعي، فردي، مديريتي-سازماني، حرفه‌اي، راهبردي-سياست‌گذاري. نتيجه‌گيري: بسياري از موانع گزارش شده عملكرد نظام آموزشي قبل از دانشگاه و نظام آموزشي دانشگاه را در بر مي‌گيرد. آماده سازي افراد در نظام آموزشي قبل از دانشگاه، تربيت علمي و فرهنگي افراد براي انجام امور پژوهشي و اتخاذ راهكارهاي لازم در نظام آموزشي دانشگاه ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. همچنين اصلاح راهبردها و قوانين رايج در حوزه پژوهش براي تسهيل انجام پژوهش و فراغت خاطر مادي و معنوي پژوهشگران ضروري است.

Background and Objectives: Research in one of the basic foundations in the society’s development. On the other hand, universities are the most important places for science production and therefore appropriate organization of academic researches is one of the effective factors in society’s progress. The aim of this study was to survey research barriers from viewpoint of faculty members of medical universities of Iran. Subjects and Methods: In the initial step all related published papered were searched without any time limitation by searching the following databases: Magiran ،Noormags, Barakat Knowlegde Network System, Civilica, SID, ISI Web Of Science, PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct and Google Scholar and Elmnet search engines with standards keywords. Overall, 110 documents were retrieved and 100 of which were deleted because of being unrelated, duplicates or unusable documents. Ten documents after quality control were utilized in this study. Results: In this study 9 subject categories of research barriers were extracted from which educational barriers were considered as the highest barrier and facilities barriers was ranked as the lowest. Other barriers in order of importance were: financial, cultural-societial, individual, management, organizational, professional, and strategic-policy making. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that a lot of reported barriers involve the organization of pre-university and university educational system. Therefore, preparing people during the pre-university education, and adopting necessary strategic changes in the scientific and cultural training for doing research in the university educational system seems essential. Furthermore, it is also necessary to modify commonly strategies and rules in the field of research that specifically aimed to facilitate research works and provided both financial and sperituality of the researchers.
