ارزيابي كيفيت خدمات آموزش كارآفريني (مطالعه موردي: دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه رازي كرمانشاه)

Evaluation the quality of entrepreneurship education services (Case Study: faculty of Agriculture, Razi University of Kermanshah)

كيفيت خدمات آموزشي با بررسي شكاف بين انتظارات (وضعيت مطلوب) و ادراكات (وضعيت موجود) دانشجويان تعيين مي‌شود. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخگويي به اين سؤال بوده است كه كيفيت خدمات آموزش كارآفريني در دانشكده كشاورزي كرمانشاه چگونه است؟ تحقيق حاضر با توجه به هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و از لحاظ نحوه گردآوري داده‌ها از نوع پژوهش‌هاي پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جمعيت مورد مطالعه در اين پژوهش دانشجويان دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه رازي كرمانشاه مي‌ياشد كه واحد كارآفريني را به عنوان يكي از دروس اختياري خود انتخاب كرده‌اند كه تعداد آنها 104 نفر مي‌باشد كه از اين بين 82 نفر با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ استاندارد سركوال مشتمل بر 22 جفت سؤال به منظور سنجش ميانگين وضعيت موجود و وضعيت مطلوب است كه بر اساس طيف ليكرت طراحي شده است و به منظور اولويت‌بندي مؤلفه‌هاي مرتبط با كيفيت خدمات آموزش كارآفريني در اختيار دانشجويان قرار گرفت. در اين پژوهش ميانگين وضعيت موجود و وضعيت مطلوب محاسبه و سپس با مقايسه اين دو مقدار ميزان شكاف كيفيت خدمات آموزشي تعيين شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بيشترين شكاف كيفيت به ترتيب در بعد ضمانت و تضمين (1/902-)، پاسخگويي (1/685-)، همدلي (1/064-)، اطمينان (0/840-) و كمترين شكاف نيز در بعد فيزيكي (0/564-) وجود دارد.

One of the ways to assess the quality of educational services, is estimating the gap between expectations (desired condition) and perceptions (current status) of students. The present study aims to investigate this question that how is the status of entrepreneurship education services at Kermanshah Agricultural College? This research is applied research and in the terms of data collection is a survey type. The survey population is the students of Agricultural College of Kermanshah Razi university who have taken the entrepreneurship as one of the optional courses and they are 104 people that 82 people were examined using Krejcie and Morgan tables. Data collection instrument is Servqual Standard questionnaire includes 22 questions to measure the current status and the desired condition average that it is based on Likert scale and in order to prioritize the components related to the quality of entrepreneurship education services provided to students. In this research the current status and desirable condition average was calculated then comparing these two values the amount of educational services quality gap was determined. The results showed that the highest quality gap are in guarantee (-1.902), accountability (-1.685), empathy (-1.064), reliability (-0.840) dimensions respectively and the lowest gap is in physical dimension (-0.564).
