كاربرد تحليل محتواي تلخيصي در الگوسازي مفهومي شايستگي‌هاي كارآفريني موردنياز زنان روستايي

Using content analysis summary in the conceptual model of entrepreneurship competencies needed for rural women

افزايش قابل ملاحظه زنان شاغل واقعيت انكارناپذير جامعه ايران است. با وجود اين، تجربه، اجتماعي حاكي از آن است كه تعداد كمي از زنان شاغل كارآفرين هستند و براي ظهور فعاليت‌هاي كارآفرينانه وجود زمينه‌ها و شرايط فرهنگي و اجتماعي مناسب ضروري است. لذا هدف اين مقاله، ارائه مدل مفهومي شايستگي كارآفريني مورد نياز زنان روستايي، كاربرد تحليل محتواي تلخيصي بوده است. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌اين مطالعه با بهره‌گيري از پارادايم كيفي و رويكرد تحليل محتواي تلخيصي انجام شد. جهت جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از محتواي نوشتاري موجود در زمينه موضوع تحقيق از مقالات علمي و يادداشت‌برداري، كدگذاري استفاده شد. در طي فرآيند تحليل محتوا، ابتدا كدهاي متفاوت بازبيني شده، سپس در زيرمقوله‌ها گروه‌بندي و در نهايت، 52 زيرمقوله در هفت مقوله اصلي ادغام شدند. در اين پژوهش براي تعيين پايايي از فرمول پايايي هولستي استفاده شد كه مقدار آن برابر با 86/0 بدست آمد. بر اساس يافته‌ها، شايستگي شخصي روانشناختي، شايستگي ارتباطي و ذهني، شايستگي مفهومي، شايستگي رهبري و سازماندهي، شايستگي تعهدي و شايستگي راهبردي مقوله‌هاي اصلي حاصل از داده‌ها بودند.

A considerable growth in employed women is an undeniable fact of the Iranian society. However, social experience shows that a few numbers of these women are entrepreneur. In order to create an entrepreneurial activity both social statuses and cultural conditions need to be prepared. The aim of this paper was to present a conceptual model of entrepreneurship competencies needed for rural women, through a summarized content analysis. This study used a qualitative paradigm and summarized content analysis method of data analysis. Data gathering method was done by searching, taking notes and coding on written texts from scientific and significant papers. During content analysis process, first different codes were verified then grouped into sub-themes and finally merged into main themes so that 52 sub-themes merged into seven main themes. In this study to determine the reliability of data Holsty's reliability formula was used and it was 0.86. Based on the findings, The main themes which were extracted in this study were personal competence, psychological, communication abilities, mental, conceptual merit, competence, leadership and organization, competence, Commitment competency and strategic competency.
