چكيده فارسي :
كسب و كارهاي خانگي يكي از مهم‌ترين بخش‌هاي كسب و كار هستند كه در سال‌هاي اخير، مراجع سياست‌گذاري در كشورهاي مختلف به صورت‌هاي گوناگون از آن حمايت مي‌كنند. در كشور ما نيز در موقعيت خطير كنوني، پرداختن به موضوع كسب و كارهاي خانگي، يك انتخاب نيست، بلكه يك ضرورت حياتي است. اهميت اين مساله به ويژه در استان كرمانشاه كه از آمار بيكاري بالايي برخوردار است، دو چندان مي‌باشد. از اين‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف توسعه كسب و كارهاي خانگي در استان كرمانشاه، از طريق بررسي اسناد بالادستي كشوري و استاني، منابع كتابخانه‌اي و مصاحبه عميق نيمه ساختارمند با 12 نفر از خبرگان و كارشناسان اين حوزه، يك مدل فرآيندي شش مرحله‌اي را در قالب الگويي بديع و مبتني بر نيازهاي بازار و محيط كسب و كار ارائه كرده است. در اين پژوهش كاربردي، با استفاده از رويكرد كيفي و روش تحليل محتوا، داده‌هاي گردآوري شده مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند و در نهايت ميان كدهاي مستخرج، ارتباطي شفاف و منطقي برقرار گرديد كه به تاييد جامعه مورد مطالعه نيز رسيد. در نهايت نتايج به صورت يك مدل فرايندي بومي ترسيم شد. نتايج اين مطالعه مي‌تواند مورد استفاده سياستگذاران، پژوهشگران، سرمايه‌گذاران و برنامه‌ريزان اقتصادي و اجتماعي كشور قرار گيرد.

Home based businesses are one of the most important business sectors that policy advocates
in various countries support from that recent years. In our country, in the present-day situation,
dealing with home based businesses is not a choice, but a necessity. The importance of this
issue, especially in Kermanshah province, which has high unemployment rates, is double.
Therefore, the present study aims to development of home based businesses in Kermanshah
province, with reviewing national and provincial upstream documentation, library resources and
deep semi-structured interview with 12 experts this area, presents a six-stage process model in
the form of an innovative model based on the needs of the market and the business environment.
In this applied research, using qualitative approach and content analysis method, the collected
data were analyzed. Finally, there was established a clear and logical communication among the
codes that was confirmed by the community studied. Finally, the results were drawn up as a
native process model. The results of this study can be used by policy makers, investors, and
social and economic planners.
