كارآفريني روستايي پايدار: پاسخي به پيامدهاي توسعه بي‌حد‌ و ‌مرز كارآفريني در نواحي روستايي

Sustainable Rural Entrepreneurship: A Response to Unlimited Development of Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas

كارآفريني به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين تلاش‌هاي توسعه روستايي شناخته شده است. پژوهشگران و سياست‌گذاران به كارآيي اين مفهوم باور دارند و همواره براي توسعه آن در نقاط روستايي تلاش مي‌كنند. اما پرسش اساسي آن است كه آيا توسعه كارآفريني روستايي همواره مناسب است؟ شواهد نشان مي‌دهد توسعه بي‌حد و مرز كارآفريني، پيامدهاي خطرناكي را براي مردم و خانوارهاي روستايي در پي داشته است. هدف اين مطالعه مروري، معرفي مفهوم كارآفريني روستايي پايدار در پاسخ به پيامدهاي توسعه بي‌حد و مرز كارآفريني روستايي بود. نتايج نشان داد كه پيامدها در سه گروه اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيست‌محيطي قابل دسته‌بندي هستند. از طرف ديگر، ادبيات كارآفريني نيز متشكل از ديدگاه‌هايي است كه اين سه بعد را در نظر مي‌گيرد كه شامل كارآفريني اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيست‌محيطي مي‌شود. در نظر گرفتن همزمان ابعاد سه‌گانه كارآفريني و پايداري، مفهوم كارآفريني پايدار را به وجود مي‌آورد. اين ابعاد در مفاهيم كارآفريني و پايداري مي‌توانند پيامدهاي توسعه كارآفريني روستايي را پوشش داده و مفهوم جديد كارآفريني روستايي پايدار را معرفي كنند.

Entrepreneurship is known as one of the most important efforts of rural development. Scholars and policy makers believe this concept and always try to develop it in rural areas. But the question is that “is rural entrepreneurship development always appropriate?” The evidences show that unlimited development of rural entrepreneurship have dangerous consequences for rural people and households. The aim of this review study was introducing the concept of sustainable rural entrepreneurship in response to the consequences of unlimited development of rural entrepreneurship. Results showed that the consequences could be categorized in three groups of economic, social and environmental dimensions. On the other hand, entrepreneurship literature also has been made with studies on perspectives which consider these three dimensions, including economic, social, and environmental entrepreneurship. Simultaneously considering triple dimensions of entrepreneurship and sustainability creates the concept of sustainable entrepreneurship. These dimensions in the concepts of entrepreneurship and sustainability could cover the consequences of rural entrepreneurship and introduce the new concept of sustainable rural entrepreneurship.
