راهبرد امنيتي قدرت هاي منطقه اي ايران، تركيه و اسرائيل در قبال بحران سوريه (2011-2014 )

با شكل گيري تحولات در سوريه، هريك از بازيگران منطقه اي و فرامنطقه اي موضع گيري خاصي را در قبال اين كشور اتخاذ نموده اند كه دخالت برخي از اين بازيگران باعث آغاز جنگ داخلي و ظهور داعش در اين كشور شد. در اين پژوهش ما به دنبال پاسخ گويي به اين سؤال محوري مي باشيم كه؛ راهبرد امنيتي كشورهاي منطقه اي در قبال بحران سوريه چيست؟ البته با توجه به گستردگي بازيگران تنها راهبرد امنيتي تركيه ،اسرائيل و ايران كه تأثير گذار ترين نقش را در منطقه دارا مي باشند ،بررسي مي شود. يافته هاي اين مقاله حاكي از اين است كه راهبرد امنيتي تركيه در قبال سوريه متغير و پيچيده است. سياست تركيه در چرخش هاي متعدد از ميانجيگري و داوري به مهيا كردن امكانات و مديريت مخالفان تا لشكركشي و تهديد به جنگ متمايل شده است. راهبرد امنيتي اسرائيل با توجه به برخوداري از حمايت بي چون وچراي آمريكا حفظ موجوديت منافع خود در بلندهاي جولان و بسط نفوذ ايران در منطقه است كه تركيه در اين زمينه با آن ها همراه شده است ودر نهايت راهبرد امنيتي ايران را مي توان حفظ دولت بشار اسد در چهار چوب موازنه تهديد عليه اسرائيل تبين كرد.

With the formation of the developments in Syria, each of the regional and trans-regional neutral stance towards this country have taken some of the actors involved in the country’s civil war and the rise of ISIS. In this study, we seek to find answers to this question will be central strategy cause regional security crisis in Syria? However, given the extent of the actors only security strategy, Turkey, Israel and Iran are the most influential role in the region, will be discussed. The findings of this study suggest that Turkey’s security strategy toward Syria is variable and complex. Turkey’s policy of mediation and arbitration to provide multiple rotations and management facilities opposition to war and the threat of war is tilted. Israeli security strategy with regard to the support of America unquestioned existence of their interests in the Golan highlands and the expansion of Iranian influence in the region. In this context, Turkey has been associated with Iran’s security strategy can be maintained in the end the Assad government in the context of explaining the balance of threat against Israel.
