ﺑﯿﺪاري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻧﻘﻼب در ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎي ﻋﺮﺑﯽ در ﺳﺎل 2011 وارد ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺟﺪﯾﺪي ﺷـﺪ، ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي ﮔﺴﺘﺮده اي را ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه داﺷﺖ. اﻣﯿﺪ آن مي‌رفت ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮج ﻓﺰاﯾﻨـﺪه انقلاب‌هاي ﻣﺮدﻣﯽ، ﻧﻈﻤﯽ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ، ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اي و درون زا ﺷﮑﻞ ﮔﯿﺮد؛ اﻣﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎﺗﻤﺎم ﻣﺎﻧﺪن اﻧﻘﻼب و اﻧﺤـﺮاف در ﺑﯿﺪاري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻀﺎد، دﺷﻤﻨﯽ و ﺟﻨﮓ داﺧﻠﯽ در ﺑﺮﺧـي كشورهاي ﻣﻨﻄﻘـﻪ ﺣﺎﮐﻢ و ﺳﺮﻧﻮﺷﺖ ﻣﻠﻞ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺑﺎ چالش‌هايي ﺧﻄﺮﻧﺎك ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ زمينه‌ها و ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در اﯾﻦ روﻧﺪ، در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ فرصت‌ها و ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺪاري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ، مي‌تواند ﮔﺎم ﻣﻬﻤﯽ در ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد و ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﻣﻤﮑﻦ در ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي از فرصت‌ها و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪات ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﻼش مي‌شود ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﺳـﻮات(swot) فرصت‌ها و ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺪاري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪشود. و به اين سوالات پاسخ داده شود، تهديدهاي فراروي ايران در رابطه با بيداري اسلامي در منطقه خاورميانه چيست؟فرصت‌هاي فراروي ايران در رابطه با بيداري اسلامي در منطقه خاورميانه چيست؟ يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهدكه همكاري جديد منطقه اي در برابرمقاومت، ظهور گروهاي سلفي تكفيري، ايجاد جنگ و درگيري در كشورهاي مسلمان نشين، ظهور نظم نوين غربي بجاي نظم نوين اسلامي، افزايش بحران و پيچيدگي در منطقه.تهديدهاي ايران در منطقه است و در مقابل افزايش قدرت منطقه اي ايران، شكل گيري گفتمان اسلام سياسي، وضعيت جديد ايران پس از برنامه برجام، به ثمر نشستن خواسته‌هاي نيروهاي اسلامي. فرصت‌هاي فراروي ايران است.
