درآمدي بر تاثيرات مباني سكولاريسم بر معماري و شهرسازي معاصر ايران

An introduction to the effects of secularism foundations on contemporary architecture and urbanism of Iran

يكي از مهم‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي تمدن معاصر غرب، سكولاريسم است. نقش اين نظام فكري‌ ــ كه به‌عنوان واكنشي به عملكرد نهادهاي مذهبي غرب به‌ويژه كليسا در قرون وسطي شكل گرفت‌ ــ آن‌چنان در تمدن معاصر برجسته است كه مي‌توان تأثير آن بر شرايط و مناسبات مختلف سياسي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و... را به‌وضوح پي‌جويي كرد و جغرافياي ايران نيز از اين قاعده مستثنا نيست. در اين پژوهش پس از معرفي و تبيين اجمالي مباني اين نظام، به مسئله «چگونگي تأثيرگذاري سكولاريسم بر معماري و شهرسازي معاصر و به‌طور خاص، تحولات كالبدي‌ـ‌‌فضايي شهر معاصر ايراني» پرداخته شده است. روشي كه براي بررسي مسئله يادشده از آن استفاده شده است، روشي تركيبي‌ ــ مركب از مطالعات اسنادي‌ ‌كتابخانه‌اي براي گردآوري داده‌ها و تحليل محتواي كيفي براي تحليل داده‌ها‌ ــ است. براساس نتايج اين پژوهش، ازآنجاكه معماري و شهرسازي و موضوعات مرتبط با آن (مانند تحولات كالبدي فضايي) متأثر از مناسبات مختلف اجتماعي، فرهنگي، و... هستند، به تبعِ تأثير سكولاريسم بر اين مناسبات، شهر معاصر ايراني نيز از سكولاريسم و مباني آن متأثر شده است و اين تأثيرپذيري‌ ــ ‌كه در تقابل با فرهنگ اسلامي و ايراني است ‌ـ‌ـ به‌وضوح در معماري و شهرسازي معاصر ايران قابل پي‌جويي است. براي اثبات اين ادعا، ضمن ارائه بحث‌هاي تحليلي، به مصداق‌ها و نمونه‌هاي عيني (اعم از فضاها و بناهاي معماري) استناد شده است.

Secularism is one of the most important components of west contemporary civilization. The role of this system of thought, which emerged as a reaction against the function of religious institutions in the West, especially the church in the Middle Ages, is so prominent in contemporary civilization that its effects on political, social, cultural conditions and relationships can be clearly identified, and the geography of Iran is no exception. After a brief introduction and brief explanation of the foundations of secularism, this paper focuses on the issue of the effects of secularism on contemporary architecture and urban planning, and in particular the physical-spatial transformations of Iranian contemporary cities. A composite method is used: archival research for data collection and qualitative content analysis for data analysis. Our findings indicate that since architecture, urban planning and relevant issues (including spatial and physical transformations) are influenced by different social and cultural relations, Iranian contemporary architecture and urbanism are affected by secularism and its foundations.
