معرفي شبكه پايگاه هاي تحقيقات جمعيتي وابسته به مركز تحقيقات عوامل اجتماعي موثر بر سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهيد بهشتي: ساختار و روش راه اندازي

Introduction of the Research Network of Defined Population Affiliated by the Social Determinants of Health Research Center of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences: Structure and Start up Methodology

زمينه و هدف: براي تعيين نياز هاي سلامت واقعي مردم، محاسبه شاخص هاي درست و به هنگام و مراقبت از بيماري ها، ايجاد بستر پژوهشي مبتني بر جمعيت، فراهم سازي بستر آموزش در فيلد و آموزش بدو خدمت و برنامه هاي بازآموزي، اجراي برنامه هاي آموزشي و انجام مداخله در جهت ترويج شيوه زندگي سالم، غربالگري و مداخلات درماني، اجراي نظام ارجاع، تعيين الگوي ارائه خدمات مطلوب نيازمند به يك جمعيت تعريف شده هستيم. هدف اين مقاله معرفي شبكه پايگاه هاي تحقيقات جمعيتي وابسته به مركز تحقيقات عوامل اجتماعي موثر بر سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهيد بهشتي از نظر ساختار و روش راه اندازي مي باشد. روش و مواد: اين پروژه در سال 1391 با انتخاب 10 مركز بهداشتي درماني در 10 منطقه شهرداري آغاز شد. در سال هاي 1392 و 1393 دو مركز ديگر نيز افزوده شد. در حال حاضر مجموع جمعيت تحت پوشش پايگاه هاي تحقيقاتي حدود 40000 نفر مي باشد. ويژگي هاي انتخاب اين جمعيت تشكيل يك جمعيت تعريف شده معرف جمعيت شهر تهران را داده است.

Background and Objective: A defined population is needed to determine the potential needs of society, calculate the correct indicators in the suitable time & health care activities and to do the population based study. It is also needed to provide the required education for training, to perform the educational program and intervention in promoting healthy lifestyles. In addition, a defined population is required for screening and treatment, implementing the referral system and to determine the optimal service. The aim of this study is to introduce the structure and start-up methodology of the research network of a defined population, affiliated by the social determinants of health research center of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: The project started by choosing 10 health centers of 10 different areas in 2012. Two new centers have been added during years 2013 and 2014. Now the number of the covered population, by the network, has reached to 40000 people. The covered population is chosen based on the characters representing the total population of Tehran city.
