چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش كيفي حاضر، شناسايي ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي بومي دانشگاه ناب در دانشگاه فرهنگيان و طراحي الگوي دانشگاه ناب مي‌باشد. روش كار: روش پژوهش حاضر كيفي از نوع داده بنياد (رويكرد سيستماتيك) مي‌باشد. بدين منظور از نمونه گيري نظري و مصاحبه عميق با خبرگان استفاده شد و مصاحبه‌ها تا رسيدن به اشباع نظري ادامه يافت.. به منظور تحليل داده‌ها نيز از سيستم كد گذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها: تحليل داده‌ها نشان داد كه شرايط علي از 4 مقوله اصلي (نيازهاي ذينفعان، سرمايه انساني، اصلاح فرايندها، ارزشيابي اثربخش، نظام مندي دانشگاه، حرفه مندي)؛ پديده اصلي از 2 مقوله اصلي (كاهش اتلاف و ارزش آفريني)، راهبرد از 6 مقوله اصلي (تأمين و تخصيص منابع مالي، مشاركت، انگيزش، مديريت تغيير، اعتماد سازي و گزينش حرفه‌اي)، شرايط محيطي از 4 مقوله اصلي (محيط سياسي، محيط فرهنگي و اجتماعي، شرايط جهاني و فناوري و محيط اقتصادي)، ويژگي‌هاي زمينه‌اي از 5 مقوله اصلي (ساختار و قوانين سازماني، فرهنگ و جو سازماني، فضاي كالبدي و تجهيزات، هويت سازماني، فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات) و پيامدها از سه مقوله اصلي (فردي، اجتماعي و دانشگاهي) تشكيل شده است. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه براي ايجاد دانشگاه ناب با حداقل اتلاف و بيشترين ارزشمندي مي‌بايست به مؤلفه‌هاي مؤثر بر ناب شدن دانشگاه‌ها توجه شود. همچنين براي حركت به سوي دانشگاه ناب بايد يك نگرش سيستماتيك و همه جانبه در قالب عوامل و مؤلفه‌هاي شرايط علي، راهبردها، عوامل زمينه‌اي، شرايط محيطي و پيامدها مورد توجه قرار گيرد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: The purpose of current qualitative research is to identify the dimensions and components of lean university model of the Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) and to design the model of lean university. Methods: The methodology of this research is qualitative from the type of grounded theory (systematic approach). For this purpose, theoretical sampling and in-depth interview were conducted with the experts and the interviews continued to reach the theoretical saturation. For analyzing the data, an open, axial and selective coding system was used. Results: Data analysis showed that the causal conditions constitute of the four main categories (stakeholder needs, human capital, process improvement, effective evaluation, Being systematic in University, professionalism), the main phenomenon constitute of the two main categories (waste reduction, value creation), strategy constitute of the six main categories (supply and allocation of financial resources, participation, Motivation, change management, trust building and professional selection), environmental conditions constitute of the four main categories (political environment, cultural and social environment, global and technological conditions and the economic environment), contextual characteristics constitute of the five main categories (organizational structure and rules, organizational culture and climate, physical space and equipment, organizational identity, information and communication technology) and outcomes constitute of the three main categories (Individual, social and academic consequences). Conclusions: The results showed that in order to create a lean university with the least amount of waste and the most valuable, it should be considered the factors that affect universities' leanness. Also, In order to move to the lean university, a systematic and comprehensive approach must be considered in the form of factors and components of causal conditions, strategies, contextual factors, environmental conditions, and outcomes.
