نيازسنجي آموزشي مربيان بهداشت از ديدگاه مربيان و مديران مدارس شهرستان كوهدشت

Educational Needs Assessment of Health Educator Teachers from the Perspective of Themselves and School Administrators in Kouhdasht

زمينه و هدف: آموزش يكي از اقدامات راهبردي توسعه منابع انساني است. هدف از آموزش بهبود نتايج عملكردي و افزايش دانش، مهارت و نگرش كاركنان است. از طرفي تناسب آموزش هاي سازماني با نيازهاي كاركنان خود زمينه ساز پرورش و تعالي ظرفيت هاي بالقوه كاركنان و نيز اثربخشي و بهبود عملكرد كاركنان مي باشد. هدف اين پژوهش نيازسنجي آموزشي مربيان بهداشت شهرستان كوهدشت از ديدگاه مديران و خود آنان بود. روش و مواد: اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي-كاربردي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه مربيان بهداشت و مديران مدارس متوسطه اول و دوم)، شهرستان كوهدشت شامل 70 نفر (26 نفر مربي و 44 نفر مدير) بودند. در اين پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با طيف ليكرت استفاده شد و از روش تجزيه و تحليل وظيفه دانش، مهارت و نگرش مورد نياز مربيان استخراج و مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. روايي و پايايي پرسشنامه محاسبه و تاييد شد. از روش هاي آماري توصيفي و نيز آزمون t تك متغيره، t مستقل، آزمون رتبه اي فريدمن و تحليل واريانس براي تحليل داده ها استفاده شد. يافته ها: اولويت نيازهاي آموزشي مربيان از ديدگاه مربيان بهداشت در زمينه هاي مهارت هاي زندگي، آموزش مراقبت هاي جنسي به دختران اپسران) و بيماري هاي عفوني شايع در نوجونان و جوانان بود. از ديدگاه مديران، اين اولويت ها شامل نياز به آموزش در زمينه هاي دانش مربوط به اطلاعات دارويي و عوارض احتمالي آنها، راه هاي پيشگيري از اعتياد نوجوانان و جوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر و در زمينه مهارت هاي زندگي بود. در زمينه نگرش ميزان نياز آموزشي مربيان از نظر مديران بيشتر از نياز آموزشي مربيان از نظر خودشان بود. ميزان نياز آموزشي مربيان مرد بيشتر از زن بود. نتيجه گيري: نتايج در بعضي از گويه ها، نشان دهنده تفاوت معني دار آماري بين سطح موجود و مطلوب دانش، مهارت و نگرش مربيان مي باشد. بنا براين در مقام متخصصان، تربيت و بهسازي منابع انساني جهت اثربخشي آموزش هاي سازماني توجه به نياز آموزشي كاركنان و مشاركت آنان در فرايند نيازسنجي مثمر ثمر خواهد بود.

Background and Objective: Education is one of the strategic actions for human resources development. The purpose of education is improvement in functional outcomes and the knowledge, skills and attitude of staff. Appropriateness of organizational training and needs of employees predisposes improvement in potential capacity of employees and effectiveness and improvement of the performance of employees. The Purpose of this study was to explore the educational needs assessment of health educator teachers of Kouhdasht city from the perspective of administrators and themselves health educators. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-applied study all health educator teachers and administrators in high schools (primary and secondary) in Koohdasht, Lorestan, Iran participated. The sample size consisted of 70 subjects (26 men and 44 women). Data were collected through the questionnaire that was based on Likert scale. Through task analysis, knowledge, skills and attitude of educators were extracted and examined validity and reliability of the questionnaire proved to be satisfactory. Descriptive methods, one sample T-test, independent T-test, Friedman test and analysis of variance were used for analysis. Results: Prioritize educational needs of health educator teachers from the perspective of themselves were life skills education, sex education (to girls/boys) and common infectious diseases in adolescents. From the perspective of school administrators, these priorities were Knowledge of pharmaceutical information and their side effects, methods of prevention of drug abuse among adolescents and life skills education. Conclusion: Results of study showed significant differences between the existing and desired level of knowledge, skill and attitude of health educator teachers. Consideration the educational needs of employees and their involvement in the assessment process will be helpful.
