Designing and Explaining a Framework for Professional Competencies of Primary School Student-Teachers at Farhangian University

مقدمه: كارآيي نظام‌هاي آموزشي متأثر از عملكرد معلمان است. معلمان فرهيخته و كارآمد از ظرفيت تغيير و نوآوري برخوردارند و كيفيت عملكرد و شايستگي حرفه‌اي‌شان، تسهيل كننده توسعه نظام آموزشي است. هدف اين پژوهش طراحي و تبيين مؤلفه‌هاي شايستگي حرفه‌اي دانشجو- معلمان دوره ابتدايي بر اساس ادبيات و ديدگاه صاحب‌نظران حوزه تربيت معلم بود.. روش كار: پژوهش با رويكرد كيفي و با استفاده از روش تحليل اسنادي و مصاحبه انجام گرفت. در بخش تحليل اسناد، متون پژوهش‌هاي داخلي و خارجي مورد تحليل قرار گرفت و نمونه‌گيري بر پايه اصل اشباع داده‌ها انجام شد. در بخش مصاحبه ده نفر از متخصصان حوزه تربيت معلم به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته صورت گرفت. ابزار پژوهش در بخش تحليل اسناد فرم فيش برداري بود. ادبيات و پيشينه پژوهش به روش تحليل اسنادي و مصاحبه‌ها در دو مرحله كد گذاري باز و محوري تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه مدل شايستگي حرفه‌اي معلمان داراي چهار بعد اصلي دانش حرفه‌اي، عمل حرفه‌اي، ارزش‌ها و نگرش‌ها و ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي است. هر كدام از اين ابعاد نيز داراي مؤلفه‌هاي متنوعي است كه جزئيات هر بعد را نشان مي‌دهد و در تدوين چارچوب بايستي در نظر گرفته شود. نتيجه‌گيري: مطالعه اين حوزه نشان مي‌دهد كه شايستگي‌هاي حرفه‌اي معلمان كليتي يكپارچه دارد و از تركيب پويا و ارتباط درهم تنيده ابعاد آن حاصل مي‌شود. به طور كلي شايستگي حرفه‌اي معلم به توسعه دانش و نگرش معلم و عمل در راستاي تسهيل‌گري فرايند آموزش معنادار و ساخت دانش اشاره دارد.

Introduction: Teachers performance affects the efficiency of educational system. Efficient an‎d competent teachers have the capacity to change and innovate and quality of their Performance and professional competencies facilitate the development of educational system. The purpose of this study was to design and explain a component for professional competencies primary school student-teachers at Farhangian University based on the literature and teachers – training scholar's viewpoints. Methods: This study was conducted using qualitative approach and documentary analysis research methods and interviews. As far as the Documentary analysis is concerned, domestic, foreign research texts were analyzed and the samples were taken based on data saturation principle. In the interview section, ten teachers- training scholars were purposefully selected and semi-structured interviews were conducted. In document analysis section, the note-taking form was applied as a research tool. Using documentary analysis approach for review the literature and research background and interviews were analyzed in two phases including, open and axial coding. Results: The research findings show that teachers’ professional competency model includes four main dimensions: professional knowledge, professional practice, values and attitudes, and personality traits. In fact, every dimension has various features that indicate its details. These details should be taken into consideration to formulate the framework. Conclusions: The study of this topic shows that teachers’ professional competency consists of an integrated whole obtained by means of an active combination and an interconnected relation of its aspects. Generally, teachers’ professional competency refers to the development of teachers' knowledge and attitude on one hand and the action to facilitate the meaningful education process and creation of knowledge on the other hand.
